主乳痈方∶
铁粉 细辛 芎 人参 防风 干姜 黄芩 桂心 芍药 苁蓉（各一两） 当归 甘
草（炙，各五分）
上一十二味，捣筛为散。酒服方寸匕，日三夜一服，加至一匕半，服十日。脓血出多，
勿怪，是恶物除。
生鱼薄乳痈方∶
生鲫鱼（长五寸） 伏龙肝 大黄 莽草（各六两）
上四味，别捣鱼如膏，下筛，三物更捣令调，以生地黄汁，和如粥敷肿上，日五六，夜
二三。
治乳痈，初有异则行此汤，并将丸补之即愈，方∶
麦门冬（一升，去心） 黄芩 黄 芍药 茯苓 甘草（炙） 通草（各二两） 桑
寄生
防风 人参（各三两） 糖（八两） 大枣（十枚）
上一十二味， 咀，以水一斗，煮取三升，去滓，纳糖，分四服。
次服天门冬丸∶
天门冬（五两，去心） 通草 黄 防风 干地黄 桑寄生 人参（各二两） 羌活

上一十七味，捣筛为末，炼蜜和丸，酒服二十丸，日二，加至三十丸。
方一十三首
治妇人断产方∶
故蚕子布一尺，烧一味，末酒下，终身不复怀孕也。
治妇人无故尿血方∶
龙骨（五两）。
上一味，捣筛为散。酒服方寸匕，空腹服，日三，久者二十服愈。
又方∶鹿角（屑） 大豆黄卷 桂心（各一两）
上三味。捣筛为散，空腹酒服方寸匕，日三服。
又方∶舡故茹为散。酒服方寸匕，日三服，亦主遗尿。
治妇人遗尿不知出时方∶
白薇 芍药（各二两半）
上二味，捣筛为散，酒服方寸匕，日三服。
又方∶矾石（熬） 牡蛎（熬，各三两）
上二味，捣筛为散，酒服方寸匕，亦治丈夫。
治妊娠得热病五六日，小便不利，热入五脏方∶
葵子（一升） 榆白皮（一把，切）
上二味，水五升煮五沸，服一升，日三服。
又方∶葵子 茯苓（各一两）
上二味，捣筛为散。水服方寸匕，日三，小便利则止。
治妇人小便不通方∶
葵子（二升） 朴硝（一升）
上二味，以水五升，煮取二升，分再服。
治妇人卒不得小便方∶
杏仁七枚，熬令变色，去皮尖。
上一味，捣筛为散。以水服之，立下。
又方∶紫菀为末，井花水服三指撮，立通。
治丈夫妇人转胞不得小便八九日方∶
滑石（一两，碎） 寒水石（一两，碎） 葵子（一升）
上三味，以水一斗煮取五升，服一升，即利。
妇人经服硫黄丸，忽患头痛项冷，冷歇又心胸烦热，眉骨眼 痒痛，有时生疮，喉中干
燥，四肢痛痒方∶
栝蒌根 麦门冬（去心） 龙胆（各三两） 土瓜根（八两） 大黄（二两） 杏仁（一
升，去
尖皮两仁，熬）
上六味，捣筛为末，别捣杏仁如泥，炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大。饮下十丸，日三，稍加至二
十丸。
Formulas for treating Breast Abscess (Ru Yong):
Tie Fen (Ferrum, Iron Powder), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Congrong (Cynomorii Herba) (each 1 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) (each 5 fen).
The above twelve ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, three times during the day and once at night. The dose may be increased to one and a half fangcun bi. Continue for ten days. If pus and blood discharge excessively, do not be alarmed; this indicates the expulsion of pathogenic matter.
Formula using Raw Fish Paste for Breast Abscess:
Sheng Jiyu (Fresh Crucian Carp, length 5 cun), Fulonggan (Dragon's House Earth), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Mangcao (Daphnes Genkwa Flower) (each 6 liang).
The above four ingredients: crush the fish separately into a paste. Add the other three ingredients which have been sifted, and grind together until well mixed. Mix with juice of fresh Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) to form a porridge-like consistency. Apply to the swollen area, five or six times during the day and two or three times at night.
For treating Breast Abscess, if abnormalities appear in the early stage, administer this decoction and combine it with pill therapy for supplementation, and recovery will occur. Formula:
Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, 1 sheng, heart removed), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huangbo (Phellodendri Cortex), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla) (each 2 liang), Sangjisheng (Taxilli Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 3 liang), Tang (Sugar, 8 liang), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, 10 pieces).
The above twelve ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct with 1 dou of water to obtain 3 sheng. Remove the dregs, add sugar, and divide into four doses.
Subsequently, take Tianmendong Wan (Asparagus Pill):
Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix, 5 liang, heart removed), Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Huangbo (Phellodendri Cortex), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Sangjisheng (Taxilli Herba), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 2 liang), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (3 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (2.5 liang), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (each 1.5 liang), Zelan (Lycopus Herba), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Tianxiong (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed and peeled), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, honey-fried), Wweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) (each 1 liang).
The above seventeen ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills. Take 20 pills with wine, twice daily, gradually increasing to 30 pills.

Formula for Sterilization in Women:
Burn 1 chi of old silkworm egg cloth to ash. Take the powder with wine. The woman will never conceive again.
Formula for Spontaneous Hematuria in Women:
Longgu (Fossil Bones, 5 liang).
The above single ingredient is crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine on an empty stomach, three times daily. For chronic cases, twenty doses will effect a cure.
Another Formula:
Lujiao (Deer Antler Bone, minced), Dadouhuangjuan (Sojae Semen Preparatum), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each 1 liang).
The above three ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine on an empty stomach, three times daily.
Another Formula:
Chuanggu Ru (Bark of the Boat-building Tree) made into powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily. This also treats enuresis.
Formula for Enuresis in Women where the patient is unaware of urination:
Baiwei (Cynanchi Atrati Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (each 2.5 liang).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily.
Another Formula:
Fanshi (Alumen, calcined), Muli (Concha Ostreae, calcined) (each 3 liang).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine. This formula is also effective for men.
Formula for Pregnant Women Suffering from Heat Disease for Five to Six Days, with Difficulty in Urination and Heat Entering the Five Viscera:
Kuizi (Abelmoschi Semen, 1 sheng), Yubaipi (Ulmaceae Cortex, one handful, sliced).
The above two ingredients are boiled in 5 sheng of water for five boils. Take 1 sheng, three times daily.
Another Formula:
Kuizi (Abelmoschi Semen), Fuling (Poria) (each 1 liang).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with water, three times daily. Stop when urination becomes smooth.
Formula for Obstruction of Urine in Women:
Kuizi (Abelmoschi Semen, 2 sheng), Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 1 sheng).
The above two ingredients are boiled in 5 sheng of water to obtain 2 sheng. Divide into two doses.
Formula for Sudden Inability to Urinate in Women:
Xingren (Pruni Semen, 7 seeds), stir-fried until color changes, skin and tips removed.
The above single ingredient is crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take with water; urination will resume immediately.
Another Formula:
Ziwan (Adenophorae Radix) made into powder. Take three finger-pinches with well water; urination will resume immediately.
Formula for Retention of Urine due to Reversal of the Bladder (Zhuanbao) in Men and Women for Eight to Nine Days:
Huashi (Talcum, 1 liang, crushed), Hanshuishi (Calcitum, 1 liang, crushed), Kuizi (Abelmoschi Semen, 1 sheng).
The above three ingredients are boiled in 1 dou of water to obtain 5 sheng. Take 1 sheng; relief will follow immediately.
Formula for Women who took Liuhuang Wan (Sulfur Pill) and subsequently developed Headache and Coldness in the Neck, followed by Chest and Heart Restlessness after the cold subsides, Itching and Pain in the Brow Bone and Eyes, Occasional Sores, Dryness in the Throat, and Pain and Itching in the Four Limbs:
Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Longdan (Gentianae Radix) (each 3 liang), Tuguagen (Polyscias Balfouriana Root), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (2 liang), Xingren (Pruni Semen, 1 sheng, tips and skins removed, double-kernel ones discarded, stir-fried).
The above six ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into powder. Separately crush the Xingren into a paste. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 10 pills with warm water, three times daily, gradually increasing to 20 pills.
