上九味， 咀，以水一斗煮羊心取五升，去心，纳诸药。煎取三升，分为三服。
Treats postpartum wind-stroke (stroke caused by wind pathogen after childbirth), with numbness and pain in the body.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Wutou (Aconiti Radix, processed and peeled), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (each 3 liang), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Nuwei (Polygoni Multiflori Caulis), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, nodes removed, each 1 liang), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) (8 liang), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, each 6 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang, honey-fried).
The above twelve ingredients are cut into small pieces, boiled together with 9 sheng of water and 3 sheng of clear wine, reduced to 3 sheng. Take 5 he per dose, three times a day and once at night, which is highly effective.

Treats postpartum wind-stroke, with trismus (lockjaw) and inability to speak.
Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) (5 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed and peeled), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 2 liang), Mu Fangji (Stephaniae Sinicae Radix) (1 liang), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, each 3 liang).
The above eleven ingredients are cut into small pieces, boiled with 1 dou 2 sheng of water, reduced to 3 sheng, divide into three doses.
Treats postpartum wind-stroke, with fever, bright red face, wheezing, and headache.
Dan Zhuye (Lophatheri Herba), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) (each 3 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (2 liang), Da Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, large, processed and peeled) (1 piece), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (5 liang), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, 15 pieces, split), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 1 liang).
The above ten ingredients are cut into small pieces, boiled with 1 dou of water, reduced to 2.5 sheng, divide into two doses. Cover warmly to induce sweating. If there is stiffness in the neck and nape, use Da Fuzi when decocting the medicine; stir to remove the foam. If vomiting occurs, add Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 0.5 sheng, washed).
Treats postpartum wind-stroke, with abdominal tension and shortness of breath.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Jiangtang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Siccum), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 2 liang), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) (5 liang).
The above eight ingredients are cut into small pieces, boiled with 9 sheng of water, reduced to 3 sheng, divide into three doses.
Formula for treating postpartum sleep paralysis and delirious speech, caused by internal deficiency not yet stabilized and external invasion by wind pathogen:
Yangxin (Ovis Cordis) (1 piece), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Muli (Ostreae Concha, roasted), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 2 liang), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata).
The above nine ingredients are cut into small pieces. Boil Yangxin in 1 dou of water to obtain 5 sheng of liquid, remove the heart meat, and add the remaining herbs. Decoct to obtain 3 sheng, divide into three doses.
