取蟹头中脑及足中髓熬之，纳疮中，筋即续生。或取旋复草根洗净，去土捣之，量疮大
小，取多少敷之。日一易，以瘥为度。
捣烂生地黄熬之，以裹折伤处，以竹片夹裹之令遍，病上急缚，勿令转动。日十易，三
日瘥。内服用∶
干地黄 当归 独活 苦参各二两
共捣末，酒服方寸匕，日三。
生附子（去皮）四枚
以苦酒渍三宿，用脂膏一斤煎之，三上三下，膏成敷之。
虻虫（去足翅熬） 牡丹皮
二物各等分，酒服方寸匕，血化成水。或用∶
大黄六两 桂心二两 桃仁（去皮）六十枚
上三味以酒六升，煮取三升，分三服，当下血，瘥。
刮青竹皮二升 乱发如鸡子大四枚（烧灰） 延胡索二两
上捣散，以水酒各一升煎三沸，顿服，日三四，或以∶
大黄二两 桃仁（去皮尖熬） 虻虫（去足翅熬）各二十一枚
上捣散，蜜和丸。四丸即纳酒一升，煎取七合，服之。
续断 大黄 破故纸 没药 红花 赤芍 当归尾 虎骨各二钱 鲮鲤甲 刘寄奴 自
然铜（火 醋淬）各一钱 丝瓜络半枚
上以水和酒合煎，温服，极效。
阿胶（炙） 干姜各二两 艾叶 芍药各三两
上以水八升，煮取三升，去滓。纳胶令烊，分二服。羸人须分三服。此方治因堕伤唾血
或吐血极效。并治金疮伤绝，及妇人产后崩中。
Take the brain from the crab's head and the marrow from its legs, roast them, and apply the mixture into the wound; the tendons will regenerate. Alternatively, take the root of *Inula japonica* (Xuanfugen), wash it clean, remove the soil, and crush it. Apply an appropriate amount based on the size of the wound. Change once daily until healed.
Crush fresh *Rehmanniae Radix* (Shengdihuang) and roast it. Use it to wrap the fractured or injured area, securing it tightly with bamboo splints to ensure firm contact. Bind the injury site firmly to prevent movement. Change ten times a day; healing occurs within three days. For internal use:
Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Gan Dihuang), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Angelicae Pubescentis (Duhuo), and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen), each 2 liang.
Grind all ingredients into powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, three times a day.
Raw Fuzi (Pifu) [Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root prepared by removing skin], 4 pieces.
Soak in vinegar for three nights. Add 1 jin of animal fat and decoct using the "three rises and three falls" method (boil, let cool slightly, boil again, repeated three times). Apply the resulting ointment externally.
Tabanus (Mengchong) [remove feet and wings, roast] and Cortex Moutan (Mudanpi).
Mix equal parts of these two herbs. Take one fangcun bi with wine; the blood stasis will transform into fluid and dissipate. Alternatively, use:
Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), 6 liang; Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), 2 liang; Semen Persicae (Taoren) [remove skin], 60 pieces.
Decoct the above three herbs in 6 sheng of wine until 3 sheng remain. Divide into three doses. The patient should pass blood stasis, leading to recovery.
Apply freshly made hot mutton to the injury, or roast fatty pork until hot and apply it as a compress. Roasted pig liver applied to the site is also effective.
Scrape 2 sheng of green bamboo skin. Take 4 pieces of tangled hair (size of a chicken egg) and burn them to ash. Take 2 liang of Corydalis Yanhusuo (Yanhusuo).
Grind into powder. Decoct with 1 sheng water and 1 sheng wine for three boils. Take in one dose. Administer three to four times a day. Alternatively, use:
Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), 2 liang; Semen Persicae (Taoren) [remove skin and tips, roast]; Tabanus (Mengchong) [remove feet and wings, roast], each 21 pieces.
Grind into powder and mix with honey to form pills. Take four pills with 1 sheng of wine, decocted until 7 he remain. Consume.
Radix Dipsaci (Xuduan), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Fructus Psoraleae (Poguzhi/Buguzhi), Myrrha (Moyao), Flos Carthami (Honghua), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao), Cauda Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dangguiwei), Os Tigris (Hugu), Squama Manitis (Linglijia), Herba Siegesbeckiae (Liujinu), Os Ferreum Naturalis (Zirantong) [calcined and quenched in vinegar], each 1 qian; Lagenaria Spongiosa (Sigualuo), half piece.
Decoct the above herbs together with water and wine. Take warm. Highly effective.
Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao) [roasted], Radix Zingiberis Recens (Ganjiang), each 2 liang; Folium Artemisiae Argyi (Aiye), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao), each 3 liang.
Decoct the above in 8 sheng of water until 3 sheng remain. Strain. Dissolve the Ejiao in the liquid. Divide into two doses. For frail patients, divide into three doses. This formula is highly effective for treating hemoptysis or hematemesis caused by falling injuries. It also treats severe trauma from metal weapons causing qi collapse, and metrorrhagia (profuse bleeding) in postpartum women.
