上为末。醋糊调涂脐下。绵衣覆之。又名温内玉抱肚。
【回阳丹】治阴毒伤寒。手足厥冷。

上为末。每用一钱。男病女津唾调。涂外肾上。女病男津唾调。涂乳上。
【手阳丹】治阴毒伤寒。手足逆冷。指甲青色。体冷。脉沉细而微。神效。
憨葱（五枝。捣如泥） 陈蜂窝（四五个。烧存性为末）
上和丸如弹子大。手心内握。定用手帕紧扎定。须臾汗出。以绵被覆盖。如手心热甚。休解开
如服药时。先服升麻汤五钱。出子葱连须三枝。生姜五片。水二大盏。煎至一盏。去渣。温服。以被

【王海藏已寒丸】治沉寒痼冷。脐腹冷疼。回阳返阴。

脏天一。以悭为事。志意内治。则精全而涩。若思外淫。于房室太甚。则固有淫 不守。随溲溺而
下也。然本于筋痿者。以宗筋弛纵也。
【内补鹿茸丸】治劳伤思想。阴阳气虚。益精。止白淫。

【茯菟丸】治小便白浊。及梦泄遗精。
菟丝子（五两） 白茯苓（三两） 石莲子（二两）
上为细末。酒糊丸如桐子大。每服三十丸。空心盐汤下。
【金箔丸】治下焦虚。小便白淫。夜多异梦遗泄。
韭子（炒） 原蚕蛾 破故纸（炒） 牛膝（酒浸）
肉苁蓉 山茱萸 龙骨 菟丝子
桑螵蛸（各一两）
上为末。炼蜜丸如桐子大。每服三十丸。温酒送下。空心食前。
【珍珠粉丸】治白淫梦泄遗精。及滑出而不收。
真蛤粉（一斤） 黄柏（一斤新瓦上炒赤）
上为末。滴水丸如桐子大。每服一百丸。空心温酒送下。法曰。阳盛阴虚。故精泄也。黄柏降
心火。蛤粉咸而补肾阴。
【补真玉露丸】治阳虚阴盛。精脱淫乐胫酸。
白茯苓（去皮） 白龙骨（水飞） 韭子（酒浸） 菟丝（酒浸。各等分。火日修合）
上为末。醋糊丸如桐子大。每服五十丸。温酒送下。盐汤亦得。空心食前。待少时。以饭羹压
之。
【王瓜散】治小便自利如泔色。此肾虚也。
王瓜根 桂心（各一两） 白石脂 菟丝子（酒浸）
牡蛎（盐泥裹。烧赤。候冷去泥。各二两）
上为末。每服二钱。大麦煎粥汤调下。一日三服。食前。

上为末。炼蜜丸如桐子大。每服三五十丸。空心温酒送下。盐汤亦得。
[Yu Du]
Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizome), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Tianxianzi (Hyoscyami Semen), Muli (Ostreae Concha), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus) in equal parts.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with vinegar paste and apply to the area below the umbilicus. Cover with cotton clothing for warmth. This formula is also known as "Wen Nei Yu Bao Du" (Warm Interior Jade Bellyband).
[Hui Yang Dan] Treats Yin Toxic Cold Damage (Yin Du Shang Han). Symptoms include coldness of the hands and feet.
Chuanwu (Prepared), Muli (Calcined), Buhui Mu (Non-ash Wood, Calcined), Liangjiang (Stir-fried), Baishao Yao (White Peony Root) each 2 qian, Shexiang (Musk) a small amount.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Use 1 qian per dose. If the patient is male, mix with female saliva; if the patient is female, mix with male saliva. Apply to the external genitalia. If the patient is female, apply to the breasts.
[Shou Yang Dan] Treats Yin Toxic Cold Damage. Symptoms include cold extremities turning inward, cyanosis of the nails, cold body, and deep, fine, and faint pulse. Highly effective.
Hancong (Five branches, mashed into paste), Chen Fengwo (Old bee hive nests, 4-5 pieces, calcined until carbonized and ground into powder).
Mix and form pills the size of a bullet. Hold inside the palm, tightly binding with a handkerchief. Sweat will appear shortly after; cover with a cotton quilt. If the palm becomes too hot, do not loosen the binding.
When taking this medicine, first take 5 qian of Shengma Tang (Cimicifugae Decoction). Formula: 3 stalks of scallion with roots, 5 slices of fresh ginger, decocted in two large bowls of water until reduced to one bowl. Strain and take warm. Cover with a blanket; recovery occurs upon sweating.
[Wang Haicang Yi Han Wan] Treats Deep-Seated Cold and Stubborn Cold. Symptoms include cold pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions. Functions to restore yang and return yin.
Fuzi (Prepared), Ganjiang (Prepared), Huixiang (Stir-fried) each 1 liang, Liangjiang 7 qian, Fuling 5 qian, Gui 3 qian.

The *Treatise on Flaccidity* states: Endless thoughts and unfulfilled desires, with lustful intentions directed outward, and excessive sexual intercourse, lead to flaccidity of the Zongjin (Gathering Tendons), resulting in Jin Wei (Sinew Flaccidity) and Bai Yin (White Turbidity). The Kidney belongs to Heavenly Water and functions by conserving essence. If the will is kept internal, essence remains full and secure. If thoughts turn to external lust and sexual activity is excessive, essence will inevitably fail to remain contained and will flow out with urine. However, the root cause lies in Sinew Flaccidity due to the flaccidity of the Zongjin.
[Nei Bu Lu Rong Wan] Treats injury from labor and overthinking, deficiency of Yin and Yang Qi. Functions to benefit essence and stop Bai Yin.
Lurong (Deer Antler with Blood, prepared with butter), Tusizi (Dodder Seed, soaked in wine), Jili (Tribulus Fruit, stir-fried), Ziwan (Aster Root), Bailiji (White Tribulus), Rongzhrong (Cistanche Stem), Guanzi Gui (Official Cinnamon), Fuzi (Prepared), Yangqishi (Yangqi Stone), Chuangsui (Cnidium Fruit, soaked in wine), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Egg Case), Huangqi (Astragalus Root) in equal parts.

[Fu Tu Wan] Treats white turbidity in urine, as well as nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea.
Tusizi 5 liang, Baifuling 3 liang, Shilianzi 2 liang.

[Jin Bo Wan] Treats lower jiao deficiency, white turbidity in urine, frequent strange dreams and nocturnal emission at night.
Jiu Zi (Leek Seed, stir-fried), Yuancang E (Silkworm Moth), Pozhuzi (Cibotium Rhizome, stir-fried), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root, soaked in wine), Rongzhrong, Shanzhuyu (Cornus Fruit), Longgu (Fossil Bones), Tusizi, Sangpiaoxiao each 1 liang.

[Zhenzhu Fen Wan] Treats Bai Yin, nocturnal emission, spermatorrhea, and seminal emission that cannot be controlled.
Zhen Gafen (True Clam Shell Powder) 1 jin, Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark 1 jin, stir-fried on a new tile until red).
Grind into powder, make pills with drops of water the size of tung seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine on an empty stomach. The medical principle states: Excess Yang and deficiency Yin causes seminal emission. Huangbai descends Heart Fire, while Gafen is salty and tonifies Kidney Yin.
[Bu Zhen Yu Lu Wan] Treats Yang deficiency with Yin excess, seminal depletion, post-coital soreness of the calves.
Baifuling (peeled), Bailonggu (water-floating method), Jiuzi (soaked in wine), Tusizi (soaked in wine) in equal parts (prepared on a Fire day).
Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste the size of tung seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine or salt water. Take on an empty stomach before meals. Wait a moment, then press down with rice gruel.
[Wua San] Treats spontaneous urination resembling rice wash water color. This indicates Kidney deficiency.
Wagua Gen (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Root), Guixin (Cinnamon Heart) each 1 liang, Baishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum), Tusizi (soaked in wine), Muli (wrapped in salt mud, calcined red, cooled and mud removed) each 2 liang.
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with barley porridge soup. Take three times a day, before meals.
[Fu Pan Bu Yao Fang]
Tusizi (3 qian, soaked in wine), Rongzhrong (3 qian, soaked in wine), Niuxi (soaked in wine), Bajitian (heart removed, soaked in wine), Moyao (ground) each 2 qian, Mahuang (nodes removed) 1.5 qian, Chanshanjia (vinegar-fried), Lurong (prepared with butter) each 2 qian, Ruxiang (ground), Shexiang (ground) each 1 qian, Gancao (first extraction powder) 5 qian, Tongcao 3 qian, Hai Ma (2 pairs, prepared with butter).
