有脓窠者，属热干疥。枯槁者有风，兼服疏风凉风药。碎而痒甚者，有虫，宜先汗之，
次擦一扫光。
一扫光 治疥，搽上即愈。
硫黄（二钱） 雄黄（一钱） 水银（二钱） 花椒（五分） 大风子肉（一钱） 蛇床子 枯矾（各五分）
信（一分） 潮脑（三分） 槟榔（五分）
上为细末，用地沥青调，擦疮上时刻愈。
沥油法 治诸般疥癞等疮神效。
松节 黑芝麻 黑豆 绵花子 大风子 花椒 柏子 槐条 桃条 柳条 桑条（各切片）
蛇床子 草乌 鸽粪 腊猪油 硫黄（外加） 明矾（外加） 人言（外加） 水银（外加）
前药如法入缸内作土坑，烧油滴下，再入外四味，调搽诸疮。
苦参散 治一切脓疥，湿热疮疡。
苦参（为细末） 槟榔（末。各等分）
湿疮干搽，干疥柏子油搽上。
丹溪曰∶荷蒂去恶血，萱根下水解毒，利胞膈，柞木有芒刺，能驱逐邪气，地榆主下
焦血病，轻小证候，或可以为防托。
柞木饮子 治疮疡，未成者自消，溃者自敛。
干柞木叶（四两半） 干荷叶心蒂 干萱草根 甘草节 地榆（各一两）
上咀，每服半两，水二盏煎一盏，早晚各一服。
丹溪曰∶阿胶、牛胶属金属土，补肺气，实大肠，壮胃止泻。黄蜡丸以蜡味甘淡，实大
阳，补而难化。国老膏以甘草化毒行经。远志酒、忍冬酒皆用之补性，归心归血，用之颇切。
善用者以之配入，肿疡之散结，溃
疡之补虚，亦奏捷效。
（《精要》）阿胶饮子
明阿胶（炒成珠） 粉草（各一两） 橘红（半两）
上咀，作三服。每服水一盏煎七分，温服。
牛胶饮 截痈疽恶疮，外涂患处。内服之，使毒瓦斯不攻于内。
牛皮胶（四两）
用好酒一碗入胶内，重汤煮，溶透搅匀，倾出，更浸酒。随意饮，能饮者少醉为度。
此法活人甚多。
Those with pustules belong to *Re Gan Jie* (Hot Dry Scabies). Those with dry and rough skin involve wind pathogens; one should concurrently administer herbs that disperse wind and cool the interior. If the lesions are broken and severely itchy, there are parasites; it is appropriate to first induce sweating, then apply "Yi Sao Guang" ointment externally.
Yi Sao Guang: Treats scabies; applying it leads to immediate cure.
Sulfur (2 qian), Realgar (1 qian), Mercury (2 qian), Zanthoxylum Fruit (5 fen), Seed of Jatropha curcas (1 qian), Cnidium Fruit, Alum (each 5 fen), Arsenic Trioxide (1 fen), Borneol (3 fen), Areca Seed (5 fen).
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with coal tar pitch, and rub onto the sores; they will heal in moments.
Li You Fa (Oil Dripping Method): Highly effective for treating various types of scabies, tinea, and leprosy-like sores.
Pine Joint, Black Sesame Seed, Black Soybean, Cottonseed, Seed of Jatropha curcas, Zanthoxylum Fruit, Biota Seed, Twig of Sophora japonica, Twig of Peach, Twig of Willow, Twig of Mulberry (each sliced); Cnidium Fruit, Aconite Lateral Root (Raw), Pigeon Droppings, Tallow from Pig, Sulfur (added separately), Alum (added separately), Arsenic Trioxide (added separately), Mercury (added separately).
Place the aforementioned herbs in a jar, dig a pit in the earth around it, and burn to drip oil. Then add the four separately added ingredients, mix well, and apply to all sores.
Ku Shen San (Sophora Powder): Treats all purulent scabies and damp-heat sores/ulcers.
Sophora Root (ground to fine powder), Areca Seed (ground to powder, equal parts).
For damp sores, sprinkle the powder directly; for dry scabies, apply mixed with Biota Seed Oil.
Zhu Danxi stated: Lotus Peduncle Base removes bad blood; Daylily Root promotes urination, detoxifies, and unblocks the uterus and diaphragm; Oak Wood has thorns and can expel evil qi; Sanguisorba Root treats lower jiao blood diseases; for mild or minor conditions, it may serve as a preventive measure to support the expulsion of toxins.
Zha Mu Yin Zi (Oak Wood Decoction): Treats sores/ulcers; those not yet suppurated will resolve spontaneously, and those ulcerated will heal spontaneously.
Dried Oak Leaves (4.5 liang), Dried Lotus Heart and Peduncle Base, Dried Daylily Root, Licorice Tip, Sanguisorba Root (each 1 liang).
Coarsely crush the above. Take 0.5 liang per dose, decoct with two cups of water until one cup remains. Take once in the morning and once in the evening.
Zhu Danxi stated: Donkey-hide Gelatin and Cow Gelatin possess metal and earth properties; they tonify Lung Qi, solidify the Large Intestine, strengthen the Stomach, and stop diarrhea. Huang La Wan (Yellow Wax Pill) contains wax with a sweet and bland taste, which solidifies the Taiyang channel; it is tonifying but difficult to transform. Guo Lao Gao (National Elder Paste) utilizes Licorice to resolve toxins and promote meridian circulation. Yuan Zhi Jiu (Polygala Wine) and Ren Dong Jiu (Honeysuckle Wine) both utilize their tonifying nature to direct the medicine to the Heart and Blood; their use is quite appropriate. Skilled practitioners incorporate them into formulas; for dissipating nodules in early-stage abscesses and tonifying deficiency in ulcerated stages, they also yield rapid results.
(From *Jing Yao*) E Jiao Yin Zi (Donkey-hide Gelatin Decoction):
Ming E Jiao (stir-fried until bead-like), Fen Cao (each 1 liang), Tangerine Peel (0.5 liang).
Coarsely crush the above, divide into three doses. For each dose, decoct one cup of water until 0.7 cup remains, and take warm.
Niu Jiao Yin (Cow Gelatin Decoction): Halts carbuncles, furuncles, and malignant sores; applied externally to the affected area. Taken internally, it prevents toxic factors from attacking the interior.
Cowhide Gelatin (4 liang).
Soak the gelatin in one bowl of good wine, heat gently in a double boiler until melted and stirred evenly, pour out, and soak again. Drink at will; for those who can drink, stop when slightly intoxicated.
This method has saved many lives.
