Apply a paste made from grinding fourteen castor beans (Ricini Semen). Apply it to the center of the crown. Once the prolapsed organ retracts, remove it immediately. Failure to remove it promptly may lead to adverse changes. Exercise extreme caution.
This condition arises from excessive exertion during labor, causing the uterus to protrude like a fleshy cord. The pain is piercing to the heart and spleen. Urgently crush three jin of old ginger with skin, add two liang of sesame oil, wrap the protruding tissue in cooked silk cloth, and insert it back into the vaginal opening. Then, place the ginger in a silk bag and fumigate the area nearby. Replace when cool. It will gradually retract. Recovery takes two days; if severed, it cannot be treated.
Stir-fry large malt until yellow. Decoct and drink. The effect is miraculous.
After childbirth, both breasts suddenly elongate, becoming thin and intestinal-like, hanging below the lower abdomen. The pain is unbearable. Decoct Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), each 2 qian, in strong decoction, and take frequently. Fumigate with burnt fabric so that the patient inhales the odor. Also, grind one castor bean into a paste and apply it to the top of the head. It should gradually retract. Once restored to its original state, discontinue use of castor beans.
The six-character mantra for delivery: First, sleep; second, endure pain; third, delay pushing.
When abdominal pain first begins, steady your mind. Understand that this is a natural necessity of life, a very easy matter. Do not panic. Just observe...
Pain...
Slowly.
If you recognize...
At this time, enduring pain is paramount. Whether it is false labor or true labor, endure the pain. Continue eating and sleeping as usual. When the pain becomes intense, delivery will naturally become easier.
Earnestly advised...
Cannot be replaced...
At this stage, nourishing the spirit and conserving energy is primary. Sleeping on the bed with eyes closed is best. If unable to sleep, get up temporarily. Or walk slowly with support...

Regardless of timing, do not exert force prematurely. Do not listen to midwives saying the baby's head is already there, causing early pushing, which ruins everything.

Some say. One must exert force during defecation. Why no force during delivery? Ignorance holds that feces are inert matter requiring human effort, whereas the infant moves itself.

Also...
Absolutely do not exert force. However, it is not that no force is used at all. When force is needed, it lasts only the time it takes to drink a cup of tea. The rest of the time, do not move randomly. Just like defecation. Before the time comes, even with force, nothing comes out. How much more so with a person?
Someone asks how to know when to exert force for the duration of a cup of tea? I say. At this moment, it is different. If the fetus truly presses against the vaginal opening, then the whole body's joints...

Someone says. An hour earlier is absolutely impossible. Does delaying by an hour cause no harm? I say. No harm. If it is truly the right time, there is certainly no reason for non-delivery.

Any hand appearing first is called transverse presentation. Any foot appearing first is called breech presentation. Rescue method: Urgently order the mother to lie supine. Lightly apply salt to the infant's palms and soles.
Still smear with sesame oil. Gently push back. It will naturally turn and deliver smoothly. Do not allow it to remain outside long. Long exposure turns hands and feet blue and injures the child, making insertion difficult.
Also do not recklessly use labor-inducing prescriptions. For limb presentation cannot be treated by medicine. Also, never mistakenly listen to wicked women cutting off limbs with a knife. Once cut, the fetus will churn chaotically in the abdomen and injure the mother.
Someone asks. What is the cause of false labor pains? I say. At seven or eight months, the fetus has complete limbs and five senses, able to move. Or maternal abdominal fire, or irregular living...
