七服
(Treats all kinds of carbuncles, ulcers, swelling, and toxic sores. Can be eliminated at the initial stage.)
Ru Xiang (Frankincense), Mo Yao (Myrrh) (each 1 liang), She Xiang (Musk, de-oiled, 1 qian 5 fen), Xiong Jing (Realgar, 5 qian).
Grind together and mix evenly. Take 1 liang of yellow rice, pound into a paste, add the powder, pound again until uniform. Form pills the size of radish seeds, dry in the sun, avoid baking. Take 3 qian per dose, administered with hot wine.
(Treats breast cancer [Ru Yan], scrofula [Luo Li], phlegm nodules [Tan He], buboes [Heng Xuan], flowing abscesses [Liu Zhu], lung abscess [Fei Yong], and small intestine abscess [Xiao Chang Yong].)
Take the Xingxiao Wan formula, remove Xiong Jing (Realgar), add Xi Huang (Calculus Bovis, 3 fen), and form pills as described above. Take 3 qian per dose, administered with hot aged wine. If the lesion is located in the upper body, take it before going to bed.
(Treats cases where ulcer lesions have been swollen and diffuse for many days, with a flat top and spreading base.)
Chuan Xiong (Szechwan Lovage Rhizome), Sheng Gan Cao Jie (Raw Licorice Root Joint, each 1 qian), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis), Yin Hua (Honeysuckle Flower), Fu Ling (Poria), Sheng Huang Qi (Raw Astragalus Root, each 2 qian), Zhi Shan Jia (Burnt Pangolin Scales, 1 qian 5 fen), Jing Jie (Schizonepeta).
Use one stalk of green onion and half a cup of wine. Administer one dose morning and evening. For external treatment, it is urgent to gather the root of the swelling; apply Yu Shu Dan (Jade Axis Pill) in the center. (Also known as Tai Yi Zi Jin Dan, see previous text).
(Treats carbuncles, ulcers, back eruptions [Fa Bei], malignant boils [Ding Chuang], etc. Regardless of location, take upon onset. Severe cases will be alleviated, mild cases will dissipate.)
Xian Ren Dong Hua (Fresh Honeysuckle Flower with vine, 1 liang, i.e., Jin Yin Hua), Da Gan Cao Jie (Large Licorice Root Joint, 5 qian).
Decoct in two bowls of clear water using gentle heat until reduced to one bowl. Add one large bowl of pure wine (without sediment), boil for more than ten times, strain, and divide into three doses. Finish within one day.
(Treats carbuncles, ulcers, back eruptions [Fa Bei], and all types of sore toxins presenting with redness, high swelling, belonging to Yang syndromes.)
Huai Hua (Sophora Flower, stir-fried with clean rice until scorched, then powdered).
Divide into two doses. Take one dose daily, administered with good wine, 4-5 qian per time. Take the other dose, decocted with old wine, and apply externally to the affected area. Healing occurs in 4-5 days.
(Treats carbuncles, ulcers, back eruptions [Fa Bei], and all types of sore toxins presenting with whiteness, diffuse swelling, belonging to Yin syndromes.)
Yuan Zhi Rou (Polygala Root Flesh, 4 liang).
Take 2 liang, decoct in two bowls of aged wine until reduced to one bowl. Then add half a bowl of good wine. Warm and take before sleep. Reserve the dregs along with the remaining 2 liang of Yuan Zhi Rou for seven doses.
