毒。黄芩、花粉能解痰涎。防风、荆芥、薄荷、秦艽、羌活，俱祛风除湿，退潮热，化痰。
口苦用胆草，口渴葛根。提毒用升麻。去膜用蝉蜕。凉血须生地。血中伏火丹皮、泽泻。去
口臭人中黄。痰盛牛黄。开关僵蚕、全蝎。载药上浮，能达气而下行者惟桔梗。止热嗽，黄
芩、桑皮。止风咳，麻黄、杏仁。止痰嗽，贝母、连翘。止虚咳，阿胶、白醋。能解咽喉诸
毒，射干、豆根。能和诸药，解百毒甘草。排脓白芷、南星。发散荆皮、独活。打穿出脓则
穿山甲。
治喉甘桔是神方，细心体察辨阴阳。柴胡、芍药平肝木，不论心肺也备尝。黄芩同用桑
皮是
，加用花粉效非常。防风、荆芥能逐风，去膜蝉蜕用之良。乔蒡解毒痰俱化，驱风提毒升麻
当。生地等件须无膜，豆根少许最为良。连、栀、犀角有时用，实热无膜可主张。六味品中
除枣肉，审症用药莫慌忙。连、射、丹、栀虽难缺，孕妇遇之要谨防。此歌诀须读至烂熟为
要。
抽薪饮
治诸火炽盛而不宜补者。
黄芩 石斛 木通 栀子（炒） 黄柏（各三钱） 枳壳（一钱半） 生甘（二钱）
热在肌肤经络，加连翘、花粉。热在血分大小肠，加槐花、黄连。热在阳明，头面燥烦
便实
者，加石膏。热在下焦，小水痛涩，加草龙胆、车前。热在阴分，津液不足，加麦门冬、生
地、芍药。
徙薪饮
治三焦火症。大凡一切内热渐觉而未甚者，先以此剂服之。如火甚者，宜用抽薪饮。

治症如前，但火盛者，宜用此方。

以此方治大头病，获愈者以万计。
