Discussion: Wu Lai (Black Leprosy). Initially, there is a sensation of skin alteration. Between the muscle and interstices, there is an itching and tingling sensation, as if insects are moving. Visual hallucinations appear, resembling silk threads hanging in the air. There are frequent episodes of fright and panic, disordered speech, and urticaria-like rashes on the skin and flesh, resembling peach or plum fruits, which may be red or black. The hands and feet experience numbness and bi-syndrome (obstruction), with an inability to locate the specific site of pain. Alternatively, there is severe pain in the soles of the feet, making it impossible to walk on them.

Take one to two pills each time, swallowed with warm water. Take one dose on an empty stomach and one before bed. If ineffective, increase by one pill. If pain is felt in the urethra during urination, this indicates that the parasites have transformed and are being discharged like mucus. If pain is severe, stop increasing the dose; if pain is mild, continue.
