上一十六味。粗捣筛。以水二石五斗。煮菖蒲等取汁一石。以酿一石二斗秫米。蒸酝如

治风头项及面上。白驳渐长如癣。但白红色。白蔹散方
白蔹（炮） 当归（切焙） 附子（炮裂去皮脐各半两） 黄芩（去黑心） 干姜（炮）

上七味。捣罗为散。每服半钱。至一钱匕。酒调下日三。
治白驳。敷方
雌黄 石硫黄（各一两研如粉） 蛇蜕皮（一条大者烧灰）
上三味。同研匀细。用醋调成膏。先以巴豆一粒中截。以平处磨令皮起。然后敷药三两
遍。即瘥。
治头项及面上。白驳。渐长如癣。但不成疮。宜用此敷方

上一味。捣罗为末。每用半钱或一钱匕。以津唾和。敷于白驳上。日三。

上一味。炒热。 摩白驳上。时时 唾。数百遍。弃之田野草中瘥。
治面项身体白驳风。涂淋方
生木树腔中汁（柳树为上）
上一味。净锅煎热。洗淋之。仍便捣桂牡蛎末。津唾调涂。日三夜一。隔日淋洗。
治头项及面上白驳。浸淫渐长如癣状。但不成疮。鳗鲡鱼涂方
鳗鲡鱼（一头肥者）
上一味。炙令脂出。先洗白驳。用物揩拭之。令小痛。然后用熟鱼脂涂。
治白驳。矾石涂方
矾石 石硫黄（各一分）
上二味。同研如面。用好醋调和如膏涂之。
治面项身体白驳风。大蛇皮涂方
蛇蜕皮（一条大者烧作灰用） 石硫黄（研） 槲皮（烧作灰各二钱）
上三味。研令极细。以清熟漆调和。勿令稠硬。薄涂白驳处。欲涂药时。先以巴豆一粒
中截。用平处摩。令皮微起。然后敷药。
Commentary: The condition of Bai Bo (Vitiligo) presents with mottled patches on the skin resembling Tinea (ringworm/fungal infection), but is less severe than general sores, merely lacking ulceration. This is generally caused by Wind-Heat pathogens clashing in the skin and interstices (Cou Li), leading to dysfunction of the Spleen and Lung meridians.
Formula for Brewing Wine with Acorus to Treat Whole-Body White Patches Persisting for Years:
Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Select those with nine nodes, remove roots and nodes, soak in rice-washing water, slice, 1 jin) Asparagi Radix (Remove heart, 1 jin) Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Pao until cracked, remove skin and navel, 3 liang) Semen Cannabis Indicae (Each 3 liang) Vespa Nidus (Lightly stir-fried, 1 liang) Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (1 jin) Astragali Membranacei Radix (Stir-fried with honey and cut into pieces, 8 liang) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Remove rhizome head) Dendrobii Nobile Caulis (Remove roots, each 5 liang) Platycodi Semen (Raw use, 2 sheng) Ophichthidis Corium (3 chi long, lightly roasted) Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (Cut into pieces, 2 liang).
The above sixteen ingredients are coarsely crushed and sifted. Use 2 dan 5 dou of water to decoct Acorus and other herbs to obtain 1 dan of juice. Use this juice to ferment 1 dan 2 dou of Sorghum (Shumi). Steam and brew according to standard methods. Take 5 he per dose.
Bai Lian Powder for Treating White Patches on Head, Neck, and Face Growing Like Tinea with White-Red Color:
Ampelopsis Radix (Pao) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Slice and bake) Aconiti Radix Preparata (Pao until cracked, remove skin and navel, each ban liang) Scutellariae Radix (Remove black heart) Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Pao) Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Pao).
The above seven ingredients are crushed and sieved into a powder. Take half a qian to one qian bi per dose, mixed with wine, taken three times daily.

Realgar (Xihuang) Realgar (Shih Liu Huang) (Each 1 liang, ground into powder) Ophichthidis Corium (One large piece, burned to ash).
The above three ingredients are ground together until fine and uniform. Mix with vinegar to form a paste. First, take one seed of Crotonis Fructus (Badou), cut it in half, and use the flat side to rub the affected area until the skin rises slightly. Then apply the medicine. Apply three times for cure.
External Application Formula for White Patches on Head, Neck, and Face Growing Like Tinea Without Ulceration:
Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi) (Remove rough bark, 1 liang).
The above single ingredient is crushed and sieved into powder. Take half a qian or one qian bi each time, mix with saliva, and apply to the white patches three times daily.
External Application Formula for White Patches on Face, Neck, and Body:
Anguilla (Yu) (One fish weighing about half a jin, intestines and belly removed, washed clean. Follow specific method: mix evenly with salt, Sichuan pepper, green onion, and glutinous rice. Wrap in three bundles using fresh green lotus leaves, tied with pandanus leaves).
The above single ingredient is wrapped again heavily in lotus leaves and allowed to rot completely. First, wipe the white patches with cloth until red. Then heat the wrapped bundle and apply as a hot compress to induce sweating. Finally, wrap with cotton clothes to prevent wind-cold invasion.

Ophichthidis Corium (One large piece).

Ophichthidis Corium (One large piece, burned to ash) Realgar (Ground) Quercus variabilis Bark (Hupi) (Burned to ash, each 2 qian).
The above three ingredients are ground extremely fine. Mix with clear,熟 lacquer (cooked lacquer). Do not make it too thick or hard. Apply thinly to the white patches. Before applying medicine, first take one seed of Crotonis Fructus (Badou), cut it in half, and use the flat side to rub until the skin rises slightly. Then apply the medicine.
