Discourse states: The *Neijing* (Inner Canon) mentions that in Jieyin disease (Yin Knotting Disease), hematochezia occurs; the first episode involves bleeding of one sheng, the second two sheng, and the third three sheng. When pathogenic factors invade the five zang organs, the yin meridians become disharmonious. Disharmony of the yin meridians causes blood to stagnate and accumulate. The etiology of Jieyin disease lies in the internal knotting of yin qi, preventing it from circulating outward. Consequently, blood loses its normal distribution and control, seeping into the intestines, thus resulting in hematochezia.
