Discourse states: Humans rely on the essence derived from food and fluids, which transforms into Qi and Blood. These circulate throughout the body, enabling the limbs to coordinate with one another and the sinews and vessels to connect continuously. This is like lifting the collar of a fur coat; everything follows suit without exception.
