[Discussion] The manifestations of Wind Leg (Feng Tui) include: flaccidity and weakness of the four limbs, inability to hold or move them; body pain; distension and fullness of muscles; laxity and debility of bone joints; weakness of the waist and feet; dull sensation or even loss of proprioception. This is because Wind Pathogen invades the fenrou (intermuscular spaces), flows into the blood vessels, causing Qiying (Nutritive Qi) and Weiqi (Defensive Qi) to stagnate and remain in place, resulting in sluggish and obstructed circulation. Consequently, the body, bone joints, muscles, waist, and feet become bi-occluded (blocked by pathogenic factors), weak, and unusable. If not cured for a long time, with the depletion of Qi and Blood leading to emaciation, it may transform into Shuibing (Water Disease/Edema).
Formula for treating Wind Leg characterized by flaccidity and weakness of the four limbs, bone joint pain, skin numbness, muscle distension, heaviness of the waist and feet, and lack of strength in movement: Wujiapi Tang (Five-Acanthopanax Decoction).
Herbs: Wujiapi (Cortex Acanthopanacis), Bixie (Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis) [remove rhizome head], Fangji (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) [soaked in wine, sliced, and dried over heat, each 2 liang], Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi) [remove rough bark], Chifuling (Poria with Red Core) [remove black skin], Yinyu (Fructus Ilicis Cornutae), Haitongpi (Cortex Erythrinae) [each 3 qian].
The above eighteen ingredients. Coarsely crush them like hemp seeds. Take 5 qianbi per dose. Add 1.5 zhan of water, one piece of fresh ginger (size of a jujube) smashed, decoct together until reduced to 0.7 zhan. Remove dregs and take warm, at any time.

Gradually add 8 dou of water, grinding and squeezing juice continuously until all juice is extracted and dregs removed. Boil down to 4 dou. Taste it; if fragrant and smooth, it is cooked. Pour into a watertight urn, cover according to method, and prepare three batches of fermentation.
