Bo Lo Ye (Polygoni Multiflori Folium / Smartweed Leaf - Note: Text says Luo Cai which is often Polygonum hydropiper, but context implies cooling herb, here translated as Smartweed Leaf based on 'Luo' usually referring to Polygonum species in some contexts, or specifically 'Luo Bo Ye' is radish leaf, but text says 'Luo Cai'. In TCM 'Luo Cai' usually refers to Polygonum hydropiper. However, for hot dysentery, cooling herbs are used. Let's stick to literal 'Smartweed Leaf' or 'Water Pepper Leaf') Boiled and drunk. *Correction*: The text says "Luo Cai" (蓼菜). This typically refers to Polygonum hydropiper (Water Pepper) or similar Polygonum species. It has warming properties usually, but might be used differently here or there is a variant. Wait, standard TCM for Hot Dysentery uses cooling. 'Luo' (蓼) is acrid and warm. However, the text explicitly lists it under "Hot Dysentery". I will translate literally as Smartweed Leaf/Water Pepper Leaf.
*Self-Correction*: Actually, looking at the next line "Cold Dysentery", maybe the previous one was meant to be different? No, the text is clear. I will translate as Smartweed Leaf.
