Sir: Hello! Apart from slight bleeding from the gums these past two days, there are no other uncomfortable symptoms. Additionally, I went for a blood test today. Based on the indicators, the current condition is relatively stable, although the blood count is slightly elevated at 13,000. I also had a screening done; results will be out next Monday. Blood test indicators this time: Basophil absolute value 0.68 (normally should be none, max not exceeding 0.1); Neutrophil segmented nucleus absolute value 8.98 (reference range 2.0-7.5). Only these two indicators show significant deviation; other issues are minor.

Due to network issues, I couldn't log in to the website these past two days. I took the previous prescription for six consecutive doses. My physical condition is as follows:
No discomfort these past few days; energy levels are okay.
Today, after drawing 6 tubes of blood at the maternity hospital, I felt lightheaded. In the afternoon, I felt dizzy and had difficulty seeing clearly.
Abnormal blood indicators checked today:
White Blood Cell (WBC) count 19,000 (it seems the previous prescription was effective in controlling WBCs);
Neutrophil percentage 84.5%, reference range 50-70%;

Platelet Distribution Width (PDW) 23.8, reference range 8.0-19.8;
P-LCR: 55.6, reference range 13-43.
Situation as above, earnestly request Sir to continue prescribing!

The temporary rise in white blood cells and some abnormal indicators are short-term changes during the standoff between righteous Qi (Zheng Qi) and pathogenic factors (Xie Qi). Ignore them; continue taking the medication.

The cause was surface hygiene and vaginal discharge mixing into the urine sample, so this indicator does not affect the diagnosis. Hello Teacher Sanqi, I am the patient's friend. After learning about you online, I was convinced by your character and medical skills. The first post was sent by me on behalf of my friend. Thank you for everything you did for the patient. We found you when we had no other options; you gave us hope.
The patient's condition has changed. She fainted again during today's examination. Therefore, the hospital performed microscopic examination on the blood sample. The result showed that besides the white blood cell count rising to a recent high of 31,000, myelocytes and metamyelocytes appeared. The doctor said these are malignant immature cells and need to be controlled. We are very worried!
Reviewing the prescriptions prescribed by the teacher, the one from June 22nd was the most effective. The prescription is as follows:
Astragali Radix (Huangqi) 9g, Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong) 4g, Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang) 5g, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata with Honey (Zhigancao) 10g, Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi) 3g, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) 8g, Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) 2g, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) 7g, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Heifuzi) 1g, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi) 6g (Decoct four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Take one bowl at 9:00 AM and one bowl at 5:00 PM. Seven doses.)
When taking this prescription, the white blood cell count was 23,000, accompanied by fainting, head stuffiness, and heart heat. After taking the medicine, symptoms completely disappeared, and on July 3rd, the white blood cell count dropped to the normal value of 9,000. There were a few other slightly abnormal indicators, which were low.
The child is normal, and the patient is very happy; the indicators suggest the condition might change, and we are all worried.
Facing this situation, may I ask if adjustments should be made based on the condition on top of the June 22nd prescription, or should another prescription be requested?

Sorry, I was on the road these past few days and had no time to surf the internet, delaying the reply. The blood picture of leukemia patients reflects the balance of power between righteous Qi (Zheng Qi) and pathogenic factors (Xie Qi). Short-term changes in indicators are not sufficient to change the nature of the disease. Even if control is needed, adjustments should be made from the perspective of supporting the righteous and dispelling the pathogenic. One should not adopt chemotherapy methods that aim to eradicate both righteous Qi and pathogens indiscriminately. Take this prescription for three more doses. If there are changes, please reply promptly:

Hello Teacher, I have finished taking four doses of this prescription and currently have no obvious symptoms. Should I continue taking this prescription or change it? Additionally, I would like to supplement that "insomnia and fatigue" are common symptoms since pregnancy, possibly due to my poor physical constitution combined with pregnancy. I think this has no direct connection to the illness. Feedback as above, please Teacher prescribe.

Also, before taking chemotherapy drugs, I never experienced gum bleeding. Since taking chemotherapy drugs, gum bleeding has occurred frequently. The doctor explained this is caused by a decrease in platelets. Since stopping Western medicine and switching to Chinese medicine, this phenomenon persists. Does Chinese medicine also lower platelet counts?

It is not the Chinese medicine that lowered the platelets, but rather the platelets damaged by chemotherapy have not yet temporarily recovered. Keep the original prescription unchanged, take four more doses.
