Hb/血红蛋白测定值116,参考值110-150;
PLT/血小板测定值257,参考值100-300;

The abnormal indicators in today's complete blood count are as follows:
White Blood Cell (WBC) count: 18,000; Reference range: 4,000–10,000; High
Hematocrit (HCT): 0.337; Reference range: 0.36–0.47; Low
Neutrophil segmented percentage: 80%; Reference range: 50–70%; High
Lymphocyte percentage: 10%; Reference range: 20–40%; Low
Absolute Neutrophil Count: 14.05; Reference range: 2.0–7.5; High
Myelocytes: 0.18
Metamyelocytes: 0.35
All immature granulocytes are cancer cells.

Do not test blood too frequently. It is not concerning if the blood picture is temporarily unstable; as long as symptoms improve, the blood picture will also gradually normalize. Take the following prescription:
Hongshen (Red Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra) 9g, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) 4g, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) 5g, Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 10g, Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) 3g, Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) 8g, Zaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) 2g, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 7g, Heifuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) 1g, Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) 6g.
Decoct four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Take one bowl at 9:00 AM and one bowl at 5:00 PM. Continue for ten doses.

Teacher Sanqi, apart from pregnancy reactions, I have had no other abnormal symptoms recently. My attending physician focuses only on the following indicators: White Blood Cells, Hemoglobin, Platelets, whether the liver and spleen are enlarged, and whether there is sternal tenderness. These are also the most important criteria for determining whether leukemia is worsening.
Current status:
WBC: 20.1; Reference range: 4.0–10.0; High
Hb (Hemoglobin): 116; Reference range: 110–150; Normal
PLT (Platelets): 257; Reference range: 100–300; Normal
PE (Physical Examination): No sternal tenderness; Liver and spleen not enlarged.

Additionally, I would like to supplement that immature granulocytes accounted for up to 6% in this blood test, mostly metamyelocytes. They grow and distribute within the bone marrow and have no relation to the blood itself. They do not belong to cancer cells, nor are they normal cells; healthy individuals should not have them.
Sanqisheng
September 23, 2004, 9:23 PM
Immature cells have not yet been completely eliminated, and the white blood cell count remains somewhat high, indicating that the pathogenic factors in the bone marrow have not been fully expelled. You may switch to the following prescription for three doses to expel the pathogenic qi, and then resume the original tonifying method:
Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) 3g, Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) 1g, Heifuzi 6g, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 9g, Zhigancao 5g, Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) 3 slices, Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) 3 pieces (split), Huangqi (Astragali Radix) 9g, Danggui 7g, Hongshen 7g, Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) 6g, Gouji (Cibotii Rhizoma) 6g, Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma) 6g, Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex) 6g, Shanzhuyu 8g.
Decoct five bowls of water until two bowls remain. Take one bowl at 4:00 PM and one bowl before going to bed at night. Three doses. Provide feedback immediately after taking them so that the formula can be adjusted as needed.

Hello Teacher Sanqi!
Current test results:
WBC: 27,000; Reference range: 4,000–10,000; High
Hb: 116; Reference range: 110–150; Normal
PLT: 269; Reference range: 100–300; Normal

PE: No sternal tenderness; Liver and spleen not enlarged.

Sanqisheng
October 3, 2004, 3:33 PM
Good. Currently, the residual immature granulocytes in the bone marrow may be dispersing into the peripheral blood. With continuous medication, these immature cells will finally be completely expelled. Next, proceed as last time: take the previous formula for three doses, then the earlier formula for five doses, then the previous formula for three doses again, and then the earlier formula for five doses again. Afterward, get tested again to see if the immature granulocytes continue to increase or begin to decrease.

Good. The reduction in immature granulocytes suggests that our previous hypothesis may be correct. I hope you can avoid a cesarean section as much as possible. A cesarean section causes significant damage to the mother's Qi and Blood, especially in your condition. You can discuss this with your doctor, hoping they will consider the patient's life safety rather than just profit issues. Avoid surgery if possible. If there is truly no other choice, you may continue taking Chinese medicine without interruption. Absolutely do not use antibiotics. Additionally, you can chant "Namo Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva" during labor; chanting with utmost sincerity will eliminate pain. Prayers are answered, and sincerity makes it effective. Remember! Remember! (Do not stop the Chinese medicine; take the ten-herb formula, and do not casually take other medicines.)

Hello Teacher, before thirty-four weeks, the baby was fine. Afterwards, the head turned upward, which is malpresentation, medically known as dystocia, meaning vaginal delivery is impossible, requiring a cesarean section. As the due date approaches, the baby's head is still up. Therefore, a cesarean section is the only option.

Hello Sir. I am a friend of the patient.
First, I thank you for your selfless and enthusiastic help!
After several days of moxibustion, the baby's position did not turn. The patient was admitted for surgery today. The doctors were reluctant to perform a cesarean section, but it is the only option we have. We are all praying for the patient!
We will provide feedback promptly. We earnestly request that the teacher continue to help her get through this hurdle!

Good. I also send my best wishes from afar for everything to go smoothly! Prepare the ten-herb formula for her to take as needed. Try to avoid using antibiotics; hormonal drugs must especially be avoided.

Hello Sir.
The surgery time has been postponed, and we are currently waiting for the notification. I will post her situation here promptly.
May I ask if the ten-herb formula is the following:

Are the administration method and time still as before:
Decoct four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Take one bowl at 11:00 AM and one bowl at 5:00 PM. Continue for ten doses.
Thank you, Sir!
