*Qianjin Fang* records: Whenever the pulse at the right Guan position (the middle position of the radial artery) is Yang-Shi (excess and solid), it indicates a disease of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian. The patient suffers from headache, (as stated in *Mai Jing*, hardness in the Yang aspect causes pain and heat), absence of sweating, symptoms resembling Wen-Nue (a type of malaria characterized by predominant fever with alternating chills and heat), dryness of the lips and mouth, frequent hiccups, breast carbuncle, or swelling in the supraclavicular fossa and axilla.
