Bark of Albizia julibrissin (Hehe). Cut into pieces and decoct. Use for bathing.
Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) (3 liang): Decoct to make a soup. Wash the affected area hotly three or four times; avoid wind, and it will heal.
Catalpae Folium (Ziye): Decoct leaves to make a soup for washing. Also, powder the leaves and apply topically.
Sores appearing in both antecubital fossae and popliteal fossae, with pain and itching, persisting for a long time without healing. Burn clam shells from old window frames to ash, pound together with cured lard until like mud, and apply.
Kermes vermilio (Yanzhi) mixed with Concha Tridacnae (Gefen). Mix with water and apply. Alternatively, use eggplants that have split open due to cold in autumn (dry in shade, burn to retain efficacy), powder them, mix with water, and apply.
Additionally, apply powder of Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang). (If dry, mix with saliva for application).
Fresh Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao) in any quantity: Pound until soft and apply. Additionally, decoct peduncles of Nelumbinis Nuciferae Capsula (Lianpenggan) (one handful or use Lotus leaf stalks) for fumigation and washing. Additionally, apply Lumbricus (Qiuyin).
Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (1 seed), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (1 qian 5 fen): Roast and powder. Wrap in thin silk, bind tightly, and insert into the nostril. It will dissipate within one week. Alternatively, insert a raw Crotonis Fructus (1 seed) into the nostril. If the nodule is on the right breast, insert into the left nostril; if on the left breast, insert into the right nostril. It will dissipate overnight.
Breast nodules can be dissipated when they first appear; if prolonged, they become cancerous (Yan). Mix Scallion with honey and Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi) powder for topical application; avoid ingestion. Alternatively, powder Arcida Testa (Hanziqiao), mix with vinegar, and apply.
Additionally, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Wutou), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (equal parts): Powder them, mix with wine, and apply.
A lump in the breast that has accumulated and not dissipated for a long time. Pound one live Crucian Carp (Jiyu), remove scales and bones, mix with aged rice wine lees, and apply thickly to the affected area. It will dissipate overnight.
Pound fresh Turnip Root (Manjinggen). Boil with salt, vinegar, and fermented grain liquid to extract juice. Wash five or six times, then seal with Egg White (Jizi Bai). Alternatively, boil Salicis Cortex (Liubaipi) in wine to achieve immediate dissipation.
(This condition of redness, swelling, and pain occurs in both men and women.)
Pound White Plum (Baimei) until soft and apply; this is excellent. Alternatively, apply pounded Rehmanniae Radix (Dihuang); change when it becomes hot. Alternatively, boil Tofu until dry to form a paste, cool it to remove heat/fire energy, apply thickly to the affected area, and reapply when dry. The lump in the breast will naturally expose its head. Apply pounded medicine to the affected area, leaving the head exposed. Pus will discharge and the condition will resolve the next day; this is most effective.
Additionally, pound Scallion (Cong) with roots intact and apply. Place charcoal fire in a clay pot, cover with the scallion, steam until hot for a short time. Sweating leads to cure; this is stable and miraculous. (Also treats Breast Blow/Ruichui).
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) and Yellow Earth under the stove (Zaoxia Huangtu) (each 1 fen powder), Ginger (Shengjiang) (2 fen): Pound into powder, mix with vinegar, and apply. Miraculous effect.
