白明矾（一两五钱） 黄蜡（一两） 雄黄（一钱二分） 琥珀（一钱另研极细） 朱砂（一钱二分） 蜂蜜（二
钱）
先将矾、雄、珀、砂四味。先研细末。再将蜜蜡入铜勺内溶化。离火片时。四边稍凝。入上药末搅匀。共成一块。
以一人将药火上微烘。众人急丸。如小绿豆子大。用朱砂为衣瓷罐收贮。
（治悬痈红肿。热毒疼痛。大痈杨梅。广疮结毒等症。速服十次。甚险全愈。）
熟大黄（三两） 乳香没药（去净油各二两） 雄精（五钱） 麝香（一钱五分） 西黄（三分） 添加雅连（三
钱） 淡芩（酒拌晒干一两） 先将熟大黄酒浸透。入碗。隔汤蒸软。捣烂。然后以乳香、没药、雄、麝、犀。五味末
和入。再打千捶为丸。如梧子大。每服五钱。

绿豆大。
(Treats carbuncles and back sores. At the stage where pus has formed but not yet liquefied, to prevent toxic factors from failing to exit outward and causing internal invasion, this pill is taken in advance to protect the pericardium and heart, dissipate blood stasis, and resolve toxicity. Its efficacy is significant. Take thirty pills each time, with warm water. For severe cases, take twice a day.)
Bai Mingfan (White Alum, 1 liang 5 qian) Huangla (Yellow Beeswax, 1 liang) Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian 2 fen) Hupo (Amber, 1 qian, separately ground into extremely fine powder) Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 qian 2 fen) Fengmi (Honey, 2 qian)
First, grind the four ingredients—Alum, Realgar, Amber, and Cinnabar—into fine powder. Then melt the beeswax in a copper spoon. Remove from fire for a moment until the edges slightly solidify. Add the aforementioned powders and stir evenly until they form a single mass. One person gently warms the mass over a low fire while others quickly roll it into pills the size of small mung beans. Coat with Cinnabar powder and store in a porcelain jar.
(Treats perineal abscesses with redness and swelling, pain caused by heat-toxin, large carbuncles, yaws, and chronic syphilitic toxins. Rapidly taking ten doses ensures complete recovery even in critical conditions.)
Shu Dahuang (Prepared Rhubarb Root, 3 liang) Ruxiang Myao (Frankincense and Myrrh, degreased, 2 liang each) Xiongjing (Refined Realgar, 5 qian) Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian 5 fen) Xi Huang (Calculus Bovis/Ox Gallstone, 3 fen) Jia Yan Lian (Added Yanzhou Coptis Rhizome, 3 qian) Dan Qin (Light Scutellaria Root, wine-mixed and sun-dried, 1 liang)
First, soak the Prepared Rhubarb Root thoroughly in wine. Place in a bowl and steam over water until soft. Mash it. Then mix in the powders of Frankincense, Myrrh, Realgar, Musk, and Ox Gallstone. Beat the mixture a thousand times to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 5 qian each time.
(Treats all types of yang-toxic conditions and pediatric alopecia areata/capitis.)

Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Form pills using water-pelleting method, sized like mung beans.
