Use a live Bufo bufo gargarizans (Toad), remove the skin, and apply while hot to the affected area. Change two or three times consecutively. The parasites will emerge spontaneously, which is highly effective.

Formula for Treating Foul Gan Chuang
Burn Niu Xuantijia (Cow Hoof Horn/Claw) to ash and grind into fine powder. Mix with warm Xiangyou for topical application to promote flesh regeneration. Another method adds 1 qian of pure Qingfen for better effect. If there is dead flesh and stasis blood covering the sore surface, first apply mixed with Shengjiu (Baijiu/Liquor). The next day, the dead tissue will slough off; clean it, then apply the oil-mixed medicine. If there is only a little dead flesh, use less liquor when mixing. Effective.
