Black mole (Heizi Zhi), also known as black nevus, is formed by turbid Kidney Qi stagnating in the Yang aspect and binding together due to Yang Qi. As the ancients said, "There are no auspicious moles on the face," so they should be removed. Use a needle to pierce and damage it, apply Sibai San (Four Whites Powder), seal with paper. It will naturally fall off after three or four days. Then use Beiye Gao (Banyan Leaf Ointment) or Yingzhu Gao (Pearl Ointment) to promote tissue regeneration, while avoiding soy sauce and vinegar; thus, healing will occur without scars.
Sibai San: Used for removing moles and spots.

Nose Fungus Sore (Bi Te Chuang) arises on both sides below the nose of infants, caused by Wind-Heat pathogenic factors lodging in the Lung meridian. Discharge flows and spreads, causing itching but no pain. It is suitable to take Zexie San (Alisma Powder) and apply Qingge San (Green Shell Powder). (See Facial Section)

Sheep Beard Sore (Yang Huzi Chuang) arises at the Chengjiang acupoint on the chin. Treatment is the same as for Yellow Water Blister (Huangshui Chuang).
Fungus Poison (Jun Du) arises on the eyelids, shaped like a mushroom, with a large head and small stalk, gradually growing and hanging down. Severe cases cause tearing from the eyes and gradual blurring of vision. This is caused by heat accumulation and condensation in the Spleen meridian. The method involves soaking soft cotton paper in water and applying it to the eyelid. After a short while, press the root of the lesion with the thumbnail of the left hand, and use the tip of a Pi Needle (Bing Zhen) to cut horizontally at the base with the right hand. Bleeding is not harmful. Prepare Cu Yun Ding Zi (Emerald Cloud Pill) beforehand, grind it thickly and apply; bleeding will stop spontaneously. Internally take Liang Ge Qing Pi Yin (Cool Diaphragm Clear Spleen Decoction), and still avoid seafood and fried foods.
Liang Ge Qing Pi Yin:
Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) Gardenia Fruit (Zhizi) Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao) Mint Herb (Bohe) Red Peony Root (Chishao) Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) Rehmannia Root (Shengdi) Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng) Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie) [each 1 qian] Licorice Root (Gancao) [0.5 qian]

Remove rice, continue decocting until three fen remains. Mix with medicine to form pills, dry in shade. When using, grind with water until thick like ink, dip a chicken feather and apply to the affected area.
To treat eye purulent pterygium (Nong Yi), decoct eight liang of Scutellaria Root (Huanglian) with the aforementioned medicines to make an ointment. Add two qian of Ox Hide Glue (Niujiao), melt, and mix with medicine to form pills. Grind with unrooted water, apply thickly inside the eye. After a moment, wash clean with water; the pterygium will rise naturally and can be removed with scissors.
