Yinshi Chuang (Pubic Louse Disease) occurs within the pubic hair region, caused by turbid heat in the Liver and Kidney due to uncleanliness. Symptoms include itching; scratching causes redness with purple spots. If lesions appear like beans or cakes, forming crusts resembling wax, it indicates Meiyang Du (Syphilis).

[Note] This condition is also known as "Eight-Legged Bug," growing inside the root of the pubic hair. It arises from turbid Qi generating heat in the Liver and Kidney, combined with stagnation of filth due to improper washing after sexual intercourse. The itching is unbearable; scratching breaks the skin, turning it red with purple spots in the center. Internally, use Lubai Dihuang Wan; externally, puncture with a needle to remove lice, then apply Yinxing Wuyou San for easy healing. If nodules like beans or cakes appear in the pubic region, itching and crusting like wax, this is Yangmei Du (Syphilis), which should be treated according to protocols for Yangmei Du.

First, wash the area with a decoction of Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma). Puncture with a needle to remove lice, then mix the powder with saliva for topical application to allow medicinal qi to penetrate, preventing recurrence. Strictly avoid beef, dog meat, and softshell turtle meat.

Shennang Hongzhong Fa Wei Yong (Scrotal Carbuncle) presents with redness and swelling, accompanied by chills, fever, dry mouth, and pain. It is caused by damp-heat flowing downward from the Liver and Kidneys. If neglected, deep ulceration exposing the testicle leads to a poor prognosis.

[Note] This condition occurs on the scrotum, presenting with redness, swelling, burning pain, systemic chills and fever, and dry mouth with desire for cold drinks. It results from damp-heat of the Liver and Kidney sinking to the scrotum. In the early stage, use Jingfang Baidu San to induce sweating; externally, scald with a decoction of Scallion and Salt. Once chills and fever subside, use Qinggan Shen Shi Tang to resolve damp-heat. If ineffective, pus formation is imminent; urgently use Ziyin Neituo San. For patients with weak Qi and poor appetite, use Tuoli Tou Nong Tang, applying Erwei Baidu San around the base of the swelling. If there is distending pain from pus, prick with a flat-headed needle. Flow of thick pus indicates a favorable course; flow of foul-smelling fluid indicates danger. Use Tuoli Pai Nong Tang internally and Hupo Gao externally. When swelling subsides, pus decreases, and pain lessens, use Shengji San and Shengji Yuhong Gao to promote tissue regeneration and wound closure. Since this carbuncle originates from the Liver and Kidney, nourishing Yin and tonifying Qi and Blood is essential. During the tissue regeneration phase, take Liuwu Dihuang Tang in the morning and Renshen Yangrong Tang in the evening for excellent tonic effects. If neglected, deep ulceration exposing the testicle is dangerous, but treatment should not be abandoned. Apply fir wood ash and wrap with Perilla frutescens leaves. Have the patient lie supine and rest quietly; recovery may be achieved.
