黄连（二两） 胡粉（一钱） 水银（一两同粉研令消）
三味相和。用皮包裹。熟 良久。敷患处。
桃仁 苏木 蛮虫（去足翅炒） 水蛭（三十个炒） 生地黄
每服三钱。水一钟。煎六分。空心服。
当归（一两） 桂心 芍药（各半两） 没药（研一分） 桃仁（去皮尖炒研碎一分） 蛮虫（
去足翅炒） 水蛭（炒各三十个）
上为末。醋糊丸梧子大。每服三五丸。空心醋汤下。
当归（半两） 大黄 桂心（各三钱） 赤芍药 葶苈（各二钱） 人参（一钱） 甘遂（半钱）
炼蜜为丸如弹子大。空心米饮化下一丸。
治妇人阴中突出一物。长五六寸。名阴挺。
当归 黄芩（各二两） 牡蛎（两半） 皮（一两炙） 赤芍（五钱）
为末。每服二钱。食前温酒或滚汤调下。如不应。更以补中益气倍加升麻、柴胡兼服之
治产后恶露不尽。或经后瘀血作痛。或肠胃停滞。瘀血作痛。或作痈。并治。
薏苡仁（四钱） 桃仁（去皮尖研） 牡丹皮 栝蒌仁（各一钱半）
水二钟。煎八分。食前服。
桑皮（炙） 桔梗 栝蒌实 升麻 半夏 杏仁（去皮尖炒） 地骨皮（各一钱） 甘草（五
分）作一贴。姜水煎服。
治诸疮未作脓者内消。已成脓者即溃。又排脓止痛消毒圣药也。
穿山甲（蛤粉炒黄色） 甘草节 防风 没药 赤芍 白芷 归尾 乳香（各一钱） 天花
粉贝母（各八分） 金银花 陈皮（各三钱） 皂角刺（炒黄一钱）
用酒一碗。同入瓶内。纸糊瓶口。勿令泄气。慢火煎数沸去渣。分病上下。食前后服之
。能饮酒者。再饮三二杯。尤妙。
Coptidis Rhizoma (2 liang) and Arsenicum Album (1 qian), mixed with Mercury (1 liang, ground together until dissolved). Mix the three ingredients. Wrap in skin. Cook thoroughly for a long time. Apply to the affected area.
Amygdalus Persicae Semen (Peach Kernel), Sappan Wood, Blatta orientalis (remove legs and wings, stir-fry), Hirudo (30 pieces, stir-fry), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Fresh Rehmannia Root). Take 3 qian per dose. Add one zhong of water. Decoct until reduced to 6/10. Take on an empty stomach.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (1 liang), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin), Paeoniae Radix (each 0.5 liang), Myrrha (ground, 1 fen), Amygdalus Persicae Semen (remove peel and tips, stir-fry, grind, 1 fen), Blatta orientalis (remove legs and wings, stir-fry), Hirudo (stir-fry, 30 each). Grind the above into powder. Use vinegar paste to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 3-5 pills per dose. Swallow with vinegar-infused water on an empty stomach.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (0.5 liang), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex (each 3 qian), Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Lepidii Semen, Ginseng Radix (1 qian), Kansui Radix (0.5 qian). Make pills the size of bullet seeds using refined honey. Dissolve one pill in rice water and take on an empty stomach.
Treats uterine prolapse (Yinting) in women, where a mass protrudes from the vagina, measuring 5-6 cun in length. Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Scutellariae Radix (each 2 liang), Ostrea Concha (1.5 liang), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (1 liang, stir-baked), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (5 qian). Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Mix with warm wine or boiling water and take before meals. If ineffective, additionally administer Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) with increased doses of Cimicifugae Rhizoma and Bupleuri Radix.
Treats lochia retention after childbirth, pain caused by blood stasis after menstruation, stagnation in the intestines and stomach causing pain due to blood stasis, or formation of carbuncles. Coicis Semen, Amygdalus Persicae Semen (remove peel and tips, grind), Moutan Cortex, Benincasae Semen (each 1.5 qian). Add two zhongs of water. Decoct until reduced to 8/10. Take before meals.
Mori Cortex (stir-baked), Platycodonis Radix, Benincasae Fructus, Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Armeniacae Semen Amarum (remove peel and tips, stir-fry), Lycii Cortex (each 1 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (0.5 fen). Prepare as one dose. Decoct with ginger water and take orally.
A sacred medicine for treating various sores: it resolves abscesses internally before suppuration occurs and promotes rupture once pus has formed. It is also effective for discharging pus, relieving pain, and detoxifying. Manis Squama (stir-fried with aragonite powder until yellow), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (node part), Saposhnikoviae Radix, Myrrha, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (tail part), Boswelliae Resina (each 1 qian), Trichosanthis Radix, Fritillariae Bulbus (each 0.8 fen), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (each 3 qian), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (stir-fried until yellow, 1 qian). Place one bowl of wine and all ingredients in a bottle. Seal the mouth with paper to prevent gas leakage. Simmer over low heat for several boils. Strain. Take before or after meals depending on the location of the disease (upper or lower body). Those who can drink alcohol may consume an additional 2-3 cups for better effect.
