Individuals who consume mineral stones (Ru Shi, 乳石) may experience symptoms if their lifestyle adjustments are improper. When cold and heat pathogens contend with each other, the heat from the stones cannot be dispersed and transformed. This pathogenic heat attacks the fu-zang organs, resulting in irritability and oppression (Fan Men, 烦闷).
