After the new recovery from cold damage disease, the body fluids have not yet recovered, and the blood and qi remain deficient. If labor is undertaken too early, the illness may recur, hence it is called "labor relapse" (Lao Fu). If the fatigue stems from excessive speech or mental exertion, it also falls under this category.
For labor relapse after cold damage, presenting with high fever and stiffness/impairment of the limbs and joints, Da Qing San (Great Blue Powder) is indicated.

The above ingredients are coarsely ground into a powder. Each dose consists of 5 qian, decocted in 1 da zhan (large cup) of water until reduced to 5 fen, strained, and taken warm at any time.
