Generally, the five Zang organs generate five types of parasites, which result in five forms of Leprosy (Lai disease). These parasites manifest according to the colors associated with each Zang organ. Four types of these parasites can be treated, while only one type, characterized by blackness, is incurable. There are also specific treatments for Da Feng (Great Wind) disease aimed at expelling the five parasites causing Leprosy. The four colored types are treatable, whereas those caused by black parasites are not. It is appropriate to first administer the Awei Leiwan San (Asafoetida and Polyporus Powder) formula.
Awei (Asafoetida, 1 fen, used raw), Leiwan (Polyporus, 0.5 liang), Xionghuang (Realgar, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Huashi (Talcum, 0.5 liang), Shidan (Chalcanthite, 1 liang), Shiying (Quartz, 0.5 liang, finely ground).
The above herbs are crushed, passed through a fine sieve to form a powder, mixed with the already ground mineral components, and thoroughly blended. Take 1 qian daily on an empty stomach, mixed with clear wine. When hungry, consume mung bean soup or rice.
For treating Da Feng (Great Wind) disease, presenting with numbness of the skin and flesh, sores on the head, face, and body, swollen and blackened complexion, intestinal parasites, and collapse of the nasal bridge, it is appropriate to take the Zhusha San (Cinnabar Powder) formula.
Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 liang, finely ground and washed with water via levigation), Zitan (Sappanwood, 1 liang), Loulu (Euphorbia humifusa, 1 liang), Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 liang, finely ground), Cihuang (Orpiment, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Baifuzi (Typhonium rhizome, 1 fen, finely ground).
The above herbs are crushed, passed through a fine sieve to form a powder, mixed with the mineral powders, and thoroughly blended. Take 1 qian before meals, mixed with warm wine. If hungry, eat appropriately... [text missing] ...so that the parasites may be expelled.
For treating Da Feng Lai disease (Great Wind Leprosy), where eyebrows and sideburns fall out, the nasal bridge collapses, and muscles deteriorate, it is appropriate to use the method for expelling parasites. If black parasites are involved, they are incurable. The remaining four colored parasites...

The above herbs are all ground finely. Take 1 qian before meals, mixed with warm wine. Take another dose before the evening meal. If parasites are expelled, observe their color. Only black ones...
For expelling the five parasites from Da Feng Lai disease, the Duhuo San (Angelica Pubescens Powder) formula.
Duhuo (Angelica pubescens, 3 fen), Xionghuang (Realgar, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, 0.5 liang, roots and joints removed), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 1 fen), Shuiyin (Mercurius, 1 fen, combined with Zhusha (Cinnabar) and Xionghuang...) (...1 fen, ground), Qinghao/Lanbian (Artemisia/Indigo, 40 pieces)...
