For infants under one hundred days old who purse their lips and foam at the mouth, these are signs of impending epilepsy. This condition arises from cold-heat accumulation and solid masses (Pi Shi) within the abdomen. It is appropriate to administer Niu Huang San (Calculus Bovis Powder).
