Xiao'er Fengsao Yinzhen (Pediatric Wind-Induced Urticaria) is caused by wind pathogens invading the Couli (skin pores and interstices) after sweating and removing clothing. The wind collides with the blood and Qi, condensing and connecting to form urticaria.
The wind pathogen remains only in the superficial layers of the Couli, so its pathological tendency is mild. Therefore, there is no swelling or pain, only itching associated with urticaria.
