To eliminate phlegm-rebellion and inability to take food. This condition arises from stagnation in the chest and diaphragm, obstruction of fluid metabolism, accumulation of phlegm-fluids that cannot dissipate, and pathogenic influence spreading to the Spleen. The Spleen dislikes dampness; upon contact with water-dampness, it becomes distended.
