Cishi (Magnetite, 3 liang, calcined in vinegar seven times, finely ground, washed with water) Xionghuang (Realgar, 2 liang, finely ground, washed with water) Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, 1 liang) Tusizi (Dodder Seed, 2 liang, soaked in wine overnight, scraped to remove wrinkled skin, roasted)
The above herbs: Take two eggs. Break the small end, make a hole, and remove the white. Mix the Cishi and Xionghuang evenly with the egg white. Place the mixture back into the eggshells. Seal with Niusu (Ox Butter). Roast slowly over low heat until cooked. Grind into powder. Mix with refined honey and form pills the size of Sophora seeds.
