Clear and turbid qi interfere with each other, and pathogenic qi strikes the Middle Jiao (Middle Burner), which is termed Huoluan (Vomiting and Diarrhea Syndrome). This condition usually arises from overeating sliced pork followed by dairy products like cheese or yogurt, combined with a mix of various land and sea foods, leading to Qi stagnation and cold accumulation.
For treating persistent Huoluan accompanied by chest and heart restlessness, it is advisable to consume Heheli Porridge Formula.
