Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, with 1.5 zhan of water, add more than 30 grains of Oryza Sativa Germ (Jingmi), decoct until 1 zhan remains, filter out the dregs, and take warm. Children should adjust the dose according to their strength.
Treats adults and children suffering from summerheat with latent heat, restlessness, severe thirst, mental confusion and oppression, dizziness of head and eyes, fullness and irritability in the chest and diaphragm, vomiting, hiccup, nausea, bitter taste in the mouth, coated tongue, fatigue, loss of appetite, or cholera with vomiting and diarrhea accompanied by muscle cramps; this formula is suitable for all these conditions.

Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills, making 30 pills from each liang of powder. Take 1 to 2 pills per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with warm water, or dissolve in fresh cold water; both methods are acceptable. Children take half a pill, at any time.
Treats disharmony of cold and heat in the viscera, irregular diet, or excessive consumption of fishy, pungent, raw, and cold foods. It also addresses irregular lifestyle, such as lying on damp ground outdoors to cool off, causing wind-cold qi to gather in the Sanjiao (Triple Burner) and transmit to the Spleen and Stomach. When the Spleen and Stomach become cold, they fail to digest food and fluids, leading to a struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic factors. Due to dietary disorder in the intestines and stomach, symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea, abdominal pain, and rebellious Qi in cholera may occur. There are cases of heart pain preceded by vomiting, cases of diarrhea preceding other symptoms, cases where vomiting and diarrhea occur simultaneously, cases with fever, headache, body ache, followed by vomiting, diarrhea, and empty restlessness, cases with only vomiting/diarrhea and stabbing abdominal pain, tendon cramping and pain, cases with only retching without expulsion, cases with cold limbs and pulse nearly imperceptible, or cases with severe oppression, fainting, and near-death sensation; this medicine is effective for these conditions.
