Treats irregular breastfeeding and feeding, leading to retained food stagnation that fails to digest, chest and abdominal fullness and distension, vomiting and nausea, irregular bowel movements, and reduced intake of milk and food. It also treats internal injury from diet complicated by cold excess, sour-smelling stool, undigested milk and food, or persistent body heat despite sweating, as well as fever due to Bianzheng (physiological fever in infants during growth), which persists for many days, starting with chills followed by fever.
Hematitum (Ochre) (calcined with vinegar, finely ground, 1 liang), Hongshizhi (Red Halloysite) (ground into powder, 1 liang), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (skin and tip removed, stir-fried with bran, separately ground, 5 qian). Mix the above ingredients evenly, soak cooked wheat dough in water, and form pills the size of yellow millet grains. For infants over thirty days old, administer one pill; for children aged one to three years, administer two to three pills. Take with breast milk or rice broth. The effect is considered adequate when there is mild diarrhea. This formula does not damage healthy qi. If no diarrhea occurs, it may be administered again. Dosage should be adjusted according to deficiency or excess conditions. Administer after meals.
Treats weak internal organs in children, wind-cold invasion causing abdominal pain and distension, borborygmus, and diarrhea with stools that are either green or white, undigested milk and food, and incessant crying, indicative of fetal cold abdominal pain.

Pound the above ingredients, sieve into powder, and grind thoroughly until uniform. Mix with soaked cooked wheat dough to form pills the size of millet seeds. Administer fifteen pills per dose with warm rice broth. For newborns with abdominal pain and night crying, administer five pills. Take before meals.

Moshiizi (Myrobalan Fruit), Diyü (Sanguisorba Root) (each half liang), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark) (cut into pieces, honey-stir-fried, 2 liang), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) (cut into pieces, stir-fried, 1.5 liang), SuanShiliuPi (Pomegranate Peel) (4 liang). Pound the above ingredients, sieve into fine powder, and use vinegar-boiled flour paste as a binder to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Administer ten to twenty pills per dose with warm rice broth. Take before meals.
Treats severe heat and convulsions in pediatric wind-stroke, profuse phlegm and coarse breathing, spasms, upward deviation of eyes, as well as chest fullness and stifling sensation due to irregular feeding, and onset of epilepsy with convulsions. This formula is suitable for all such conditions.

For a one-year-old child, administer one pill; for a two-year-old, two pills; for a three-year-old, three pills; for four years and older, four pills. Take with dried persimmon soup or mint tea.
