Grind into a fine powder, add Niuhuang and the other two ingredients, grind and mix evenly, prepare pills with refined honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds, take 30-50 pills per dose, delivered with Doulin Jiu (wine infused with beans), take at any time.
Treatment for diseases of the Liver Meridian, characterized by excessive sweating, aversion to wind, propensity to sorrow, dry throat, irritability with fluctuating symptoms, and bluish-yellow discoloration under the eyes in women; these are treatable, urgent moxibustion should be applied.
It is also advisable to regulate the meridians and promote smooth flow of Qi. If there is extensive bluish-black discoloration under the eyes, or a combination of yellow and white, it is untreatable.
