治风壅痰实，头目昏眩，咳嗽声重，咽膈不利。
人参（去芦） 白茯苓（去皮） 白矾（枯） 天南星（米泔浸，焙） 薄荷（以上各
三十两）
上为细末，生姜汁煮面糊和丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，食后生姜汤送下。如痰盛燥
热，薄荷汤送下。
治肺气不足，久年咳嗽，以致皮毛焦枯，唾血腥臭，喘乏不止。

上除钟乳粉白石英同为粗末拌匀，上作一服，用水二盅，生姜五片，枣一枚，粳米三十

治肺胃俱伤，气奔于上，客热熏肺，咳嗽喘急，胸中烦悸，涕唾稠粘，劳
呕血，并皆治之。

上为细末，醋煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，食后，用米饮送下。
治肺气不足，咳嗽喘急，久年不愈，渐成虚劳。及疗风壅痰实，头目眩晕
涕唾稠粘。
人参 款冬花 细辛（去叶） 杏仁（炒，去皮） 甘草（炙，以上各四两） 官桂（去
皮） 桔梗（以上各五两） 知母（六两）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如鸡头实大，每服一丸，食后细嚼，用淡生姜汤送下。
Treats wind-phlegm excess syndrome, characterized by dizziness and vertigo of the head and eyes, heavy coughing, and obstruction in the throat and diaphragm.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) [remove the rhizome base], Bai Fu Ling (Poria) [remove the bark], Bai Fan (Alumen) [calcined until dry], Tian Nan Xing (Arisaematis Rhizoma) [soaked in rice wash water, dried], Bo He (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) [each of the above thirty liang].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use ginger juice to cook wheat paste as a binder to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered after meals with ginger decoction. If phlegm is profuse and accompanied by dryness-heat, administer with mint decoction.
Treats insufficient Lung Qi, chronic cough lasting for years, resulting in dry and withered skin and hair, bloody sputum with a foul odor, and incessant panting and fatigue.
Zhong Ru Fen (Stalactitum), Sang Bai Pi (Mori Cortex) [each two qian], Rou Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) [remove the rough bark], Bai Shi Ying (Quartzum), Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Kuan Dong Hua (Farfarae Flos).
Except for Zhong Ru Fen and Bai Shi Ying, mix the remaining coarse powders evenly. For one dose, use two zhong of water, five slices of fresh ginger, one jujube, and thirty grains of polished rice. Decoct until one zhong remains. Take after meals.
Treats simultaneous injury to the Lung and Stomach, with Qi rushing upward, pathogenic heat steaming the Lung, causing coughing, rapid panting, chest irritability and palpitations, thick and sticky nasal discharge and sputum, hematemesis after exertion. All these conditions are treated.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) [remove the rhizome base], Huang Qi (Astragali Membranacei Radix) [honey-fried, each one liang eight qian], Gua Lou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) [remove the bark, each six qian], Xing Ren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) [stir-fried, dosage missing in source].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly after meals, and swallow with Perilla decoction. If panting is severe, take with Mori Cortex decoction.
Treats retained phlegm and fluid retention, chest and diaphragmatic fullness and oppression, dizziness and blurred vision, coughing with salivary sputum, or nausea and retching due to excessive alcohol consumption.
Liang Jiang (Zingiberis Officinalis Rhizoma Recens) [stir-fried], Qing Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) [remove the white pith], Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Officinalis Rhizoma) [stir-fried], Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) [remove the albedo, each half liang].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use vinegar-cooked wheat paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, administered after meals with rice gruel.
Treats insufficient Lung Qi, coughing and rapid panting that persists for years without healing, gradually developing into consumptive disease. Also treats wind-phlegm excess syndrome causing dizziness, vertigo, and thick sticky sputum.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Kuan Dong Hua (Farfarae Flos), Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) [remove leaves], Xing Ren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) [stir-fried, remove skins], Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [roasted, each of the above four liang], Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) [remove bark], Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix) [each of the above five liang], Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) [six liang].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Euryale seed. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly after meals, and swallow with light ginger decoction.
