罂粟壳（去蒂盖） 黄柏（去粗皮） 枳壳（去幅，炒） 御米（即粟壳子） 甘草（炙，

上作一服，水二盅，韭白二条，擘碎，同煎至一盅，空心服。
治脾胃虚弱，内挟冷气，心胁刺痛，呕吐恶心，肠鸣泄痢，水谷不化，渐成
诃子（去核） 肉豆蔻（面裹煨） 青皮（去幅，各四两） 附子（炮，一两） 肉桂

上为细末，每服三钱，淡生姜汤调下，不拘时服。
治脾胃怯弱，饮食过伤，留滞不化，遂成痢下，服此药推导，更须斟酌受病浅深，增减
丸数，当逐尽积滞方佳，然后徐徐补之。

上为细末和匀，用稀糊为丸，如黍米大，每服十五丸，加至二十丸，用白汤送下，看人

上为细末，醋煮，米糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，加至七十丸，空心用米饮汤送

治冷热不调，下痢赤白，脓血相杂，里急后重。

上为细末，醋糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五七十丸，食前用米汤送下。

Combine the above herbs as one dose, add two cups of water, two stalks of leek whites, broken into pieces, decoct together until one cup remains, take on an empty stomach.
Treats spleen and stomach deficiency weakness, internal cold qi accumulation, stabbing pain in the heart and hypochondrium, vomiting and nausea, borborygmus with diarrhea and dysentery, undigested food and grain, gradually forming...

Process the above into a fine powder, take three qian per dose, mix with light ginger soup for administration, take at any time.
Treats spleen and stomach timidity and weakness, overeating causing injury, stagnation and failure to digest, leading to dysenteric discharge. Taking this medicine to guide out stagnation requires careful consideration of the depth of the disease, adjusting the number of pills accordingly. It is best to completely eliminate the stagnation first, then slowly tonify.

Process the above into a fine powder and mix evenly. Use thin paste to make pills the size of millet seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose, increasing to twenty pills, swallow with plain boiled water. Adjust the number of pills based on the patient's deficiency or excess condition.
Treats disharmony of cold and heat, dysentery with red and white discharge, occurring day and night without limit, unbearable abdominal pain.

Process the above into a fine powder. Boil with vinegar, use rice paste to make pills the size of sophora seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, increasing to seventy pills, swallow with rice drink on an empty stomach.
Treats hidden heat causing dysentery, separating and benefiting yin and yang.
