Take the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, take at any time without restriction.
If caused by invasion of cold qi and dampness, add Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root) (1 qian), named Fuzi Lizhong Tang (Aconite Decoction for Regulating the Middle).

In cases of Gan Huoluan (dry cholera, characterized by inability to vomit or defecate accompanied by severe abdominal pain), where there is heart and abdominal pain, first administer a small amount of salt water frequently, wait until the patient vomits thoroughly and feels relieved, then administer this medicine.
If there is vomiting, add Dingpi Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber with Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (each 1 qian) and Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger Rhizome) (10.5 slices) to Zhizhong Tang.
