Treats amenorrhea (absence of menstruation) in women, accompanied by pain in the lower back and legs.
Honghua (Carthami Flos), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) each 1 liang; Ziwei (Bignoniae Caulis), Sumu (Sappan Lignum) each 2 liang.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 qian with wine.

Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, stir-fried with vinegar), Husuo (Curcumae Rhizoma, stir-fried with vinegar), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Moyao (Myrrha).
Grind equal parts of these ingredients into powder. Take 2 qian per dose.

Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, stir-fried) 5 qian, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine) 2 qian.
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, taken with wine on an empty stomach.

Quanguidang (Whole Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 5 qian.
Decoct in water and take. It facilitates immediate delivery.

Prepare a basin of Duanshi (Calcined Alumen), pour boiling water over it, and let the parturient woman inhale the steam. This promotes immediate delivery.

Xiaoshao (Natrii Sulfas) 2 qian (3 qian for robust individuals); in cold months, add Shufuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) 5 fen. Decoct with half a cup of wine and half a cup of tongbian (child's urine) until it boils three times. Take warm.

Simian (Silk floss) 1 liang, burn to ash while preserving its properties. Take with hot wine. Consume completely within one month postpartum to prevent miscarriage permanently.

Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 5 qian, Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, stir-fried) 2 qian.
Decoct in water and take.

Treats irregular menstruation in women, along with hematemesis, epistaxis, hematochezia due to deficiency exhaustion, fever with cough, spontaneous sweating, panting with phlegm, palpitations, and all other deficiency syndromes.
Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried) 2 liang, Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, steamed with wine) 2 liang, BaiFuling (Poria) 1.5 liang, Danpi (Moutan Cortex) 1.5 liang, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 1.5 liang, Tiandong (Asparagi Radix) 1 liang, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) 1 liang, Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, soaked in wine) 2 liang, Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, stir-fried with wine) 2 liang, Beimu (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus) 2 liang, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 2 liang, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine) 1 liang, Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, stir-fried with child's urine) 2 liang.
Make pills with refined honey, sized like wutong seeds. Take 100 pills per dose with boiling plain water on an empty stomach.

Treats leukorrhea (red and white discharge) due to deficiency-cold syndromes.
Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, boiled with vinegar) 6 liang, Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, boiled with wine) 3 liang, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, soaked in wine) 3 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 2 liang, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine) 2 liang, Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) 1.5 liang, Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, steamed with wine) 1 liang, Huangqi (Astragali Membranacei Radix, stir-fried with honey) 3 liang, Wuyu (Evodiae Fructus, soaked to remove bitterness) 2 liang, Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) 5 qian.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Make pills with vinegar paste, sized like wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose with plain water on an empty stomach.
