Guiban (Tartar Testudinis Scutum, wine-processed, 1 liang), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, each 5 qian), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, fried, 3 qian). Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste. Take twice daily with plain boiled water.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, wine-fried), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, wine-fried), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, each 1 qian), Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, each 0.6 qian), Yuliren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen, wine-steamed, 1 qian), Kuihua Zi (Sunflower Seed, 1 qian; use red for red symptoms, white for white symptoms). Decoct in water and take.
Women who are frail and infertile due to insufficient blood in the uterus: Nourish blood and yin; naturally, when blood is sufficient, conception will occur.
