Treats Changqin disease (Intestinal Polyp/Tumor). It arises because cold pathogenic qi invades and lodges outside the intestines, struggling with Stomach qi. The healthy qi fails to nourish, leading to the internal attachment of a mass (Jia), causing evil qi to arise. Initially, it forms like a chicken egg; after a long time, it grows large, resembling pregnancy. It is firm upon palpation but movable when pushed, while menstruation continues regularly, hence the name Changqin. It also treats residual diseases of the breasts, difficulty in urination and defecation; as well as conditions involving hidden parasites in food, abdominal distension, carbuncles and sores, toxic swelling, and chronic cold pathogenic qi.
