A prescription for treating myriad diseases, specifically targeting the hundred ailments and various qi disorders in postpartum women.
Tao Ren (Persicae Semen, 1200 seeds, remove skin, tips, and double-kernel ones, stir-fry until yellow)
Take the above single herb, pound it to an extremely fine powder, and cook it. Grind it with 15 sheng of premium wine three or four times, similar to the method of making wheat porridge; the finer, the better. Place it in a small porcelain bottle with a long neck, seal it tightly, and seal the mouth with dough. Boil it in water for one shi (two hours) without stopping the fire, but do not let the fire be too fierce. Ensure the bottle mouth remains above the water surface and does not submerge. After cooking, remove it. Take one ge warm, twice a day. Men may also take this.

For treating the hundred ailments of postpartum, regulating blood and qi, and tonifying deficiency and fatigue.
Zelan (Lycopus Herba), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 7 fen), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Beixixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 4 fen), Beifengfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (each 5 fen), Baiziren (Biota Semen), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis) (each 6 fen), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Ben (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Wuyi (Meliosmae Fructus) (each 2 fen), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Tuber, remove heart, 8 fen)
Pulverize the above twenty herbs into powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills each time, washed down with warm wine.

Songyan Mo (Pine Soot Ink), amount unspecified. Heat charcoal until red-hot, quench with rice vinegar, repeat the quenching process seven times. Grind to an extremely fine powder and sieve through silk gauze. Immediately after childbirth, take 2 qian of ink prepared with vinegar and rice urine as the vehicle for administration.

For treating all kinds of postpartum diseases. It is especially effective if taken immediately after delivery.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (add 0.5 qian if there is vexation and heat in the chest and diaphragm), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma) (add 0.5 qian if there is qi stagnation with panting and urgency), Xuejie (Dragon's Blood), Moyao (Myrrha) (add 0.5 qian if there is cramping pain in the heart and abdomen)
Pulverize the above herbs into fine powder. For each dose, stir-fry 0.5 qian of each herb separately. Decoct with one zhan of child's urine until reduced to 0.6 zhan. Take orally at once.

For treating postpartum dysfunction of milk vessels, high fever and body pain, dizziness and headache, and constipation. It can treat all these conditions. It clears the chest and diaphragm, suppresses heat, and promotes lactation.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), BaiFuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 0.5 liang), Kujie (Platycodonis Radix, stir-fried), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 1 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (1 fen), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (3 fen)
Pulverize the above herbs into fine powder. Take 2 ping qian per dose. Decoct with one zhan of water until reduced to 0.7 zhan. Take warm. If vexation and heat are severe or constipation is present, add Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 2.5 qian.
