噤，产后瘀血诸疾，并皆治之。
熟干地黄 蒲黄（炒） 当归 干姜（炮） 桂心 芍药 甘草（各四两） 黑豆（炒，
去皮，半升）
上为细末，每服二钱。酒半盏，童子小便半盏，同煎调服。
乌金散治产后十八疾方论。（方与《局方》黑神散同。有人选集为歌诀十八首，言语鄙
俚，故不录。）
一曰产后因热病，胎死腹中者何？但服乌金散。二曰产难者何？但服乌金散。三曰产后
胞衣不下者何？但服乌金散。四曰产后血晕者何？但服乌金散。五曰产后口干心闷者何？但
服乌金散。六曰产后乍寒乍热者何？但服乌金散。七曰产后虚肿者何？但服乌金散兼朱砂丸。
八曰乍见鬼神者何？但服乌金散。九曰产后月内不语者何？但服乌金散。十曰产后腹内疼痛
兼泻者何？但服乌金散兼用止泻调气药。十一曰产后遍身疼痛者何？但服乌金散。十二曰产
后血崩者何？但服乌金散。十三曰产后血气不通，咳嗽者何？但服乌金散。十四曰产后乍
寒乍热、心痛、月候不来者何？但服乌金散。十五曰产后腹胀满、呕逆不定者何？宜服乌金
散，次服朱砂丸三、二日，炒生姜，醋汤下七丸。十六曰产后口鼻黑气及鼻衄者何？论同此
证，不可治。十七曰产后喉中气喘急者何？论同十，死不治。十八曰产后中风者何？但服乌
金散。以上论与郭稽中二十一论问答同，故不详录。
Treats women with postpartum lochia不尽 (incomplete discharge of lochia), retained placenta, qi and blood attacking the chest and heart causing fullness; or distending and pulling pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, as well as blood vertigo with unconsciousness, blacking out of eyes, and trismus (lockjaw). It treats all various diseases caused by postpartum blood stasis.
Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Di Huang), Coccidae (Pu Huang) (stir-fried), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Gan Jiang) (prepared), Cortex Cinnamomi (Gui Xin), Paeoniae Radix (Bai Shao), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao) (each 4 liang), Soybean (Hei Dou) (stir-fried, skin removed, half sheng).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Decoct together with half zhan of wine and half zhan of urine from an uncircumcised boy, then take orally mixed with the decoction.
Wujin San (Black Gold Powder) Treatise on Formulas for Eighteen Postpartum Disorders. (This formula is identical to Heishen San [Black Divine Powder] in *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*. Some have compiled it into eighteen rhymed verses, but the language is vulgar and coarse, so it is not recorded here.)
First, what if there is fetal death in the uterus due to febrile disease after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Second, what if there is difficult labor? Simply administer Wujin San. Third, what if the placenta fails to descend after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Fourth, what if there is postpartum blood vertigo? Simply administer Wujin San. Fifth, what if there is dry mouth and mental oppression after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Sixth, what if there are alternating chills and fever after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Seventh, what if there is postpartum edema? Simply administer Wujin San combined with Zhusha Wan (Cinnabar Pill). Eighth, what if one suddenly sees spirits and ghosts? Simply administer Wujin San. Ninth, what if there is aphasia within one month after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Tenth, what if there is abdominal pain accompanied by diarrhea after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San combined with anti-diarrheal and qi-regulating medicines. Eleventh, what if there is body-wide pain after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Twelfth, what if there is postpartum metrorrhagia (flooding)? Simply administer Wujin San. Thirteenth, what if there is obstruction of qi and blood with coughing after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Fourteenth, what if there are alternating chills and fever, heart pain, and amenorrhea after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San. Fifteenth, what if there is abdominal distension and fullness with irregular vomiting and reflux after childbirth? It is appropriate to administer Wujin San, followed by administering Zhusha Wan for two to three days, taken with seven pills delivered using stir-fried ginger and vinegar water. Sixteenth, what if there is black qi around the mouth and nose and epistaxis (nosebleed) after childbirth? The treatise states this condition is incurable. Seventeenth, what if there is rapid wheezing in the throat after childbirth? The treatise aligns with the tenth case; it is fatal and untreatable. Eighteenth, what if there is wind-stroke after childbirth? Simply administer Wujin San.
