It is stated: Lower abdominal pain during pregnancy is caused by wind-cold pathogen previously residing in the Bao Luo (uterine collaterals). During pregnancy, blood circulation is obstructed; the cold blood clashes and stagnates, causing severe pain, which also leads to fetal restlessness.
Treats pregnancy complicated by fright and irritation, downward displacement of the fetus with instability, lower abdominal pain radiating to the lower back, and vaginal bleeding. Use Dang Gui San (Angelica Powder).

Finely cut the herbs, add four sheng of water, boil down to two sheng, divide into three doses to be taken warm.
Abdominal distension and fullness during pregnancy are caused by chronic cold pathogen within the abdomen, leading to retention of fluids; the heaviness of pregnancy combined with exposure to or consumption of cold drinks triggers this condition, where fluid retention interferes with Qi mechanism.
Thus causing abdominal distension and fullness.
