Wu Duan Yu Xue Guan Jing Dan (Unprovoked Blood Infusion into the Eye Pill), losing sight is the root of disaster; do not underestimate the generation of wind-like complications, urgently apply needle and lancet for guidance.
This condition is the most toxic among eye diseases, unknown to the world. If one adheres stubbornly to personal views and does not use lancing and draining methods, the eye will surely be ruined. Initially, there is only redness; subsequently, it becomes purple and swollen, and the Bai Jing (sclera) swells and bulges. In severe cases, the swelling resembles coiled tendons. This is because blood fills the eyeball, causing stagnation and blockage. If it occurs in the Pi (eyelids), the swelling is like a cup, posing a risk of Jiao Chuang (trachoma); if it occurs in the Zhu (cornea/lens area), the wheel (limbus) bulges with condensed yellow membrane, forming cavities, presenting symptoms such as Hua Yi Bai Xian (flower-like white opacity sinking) and Hu Yan Ning Jing (hawk-eye condensing). Delayed treatment will inevitably lead to the discharge of green-yellow pus and protrusion of the eyeball. Whenever the white sclera appears red and purple, the eyelids are swollen with coiled, purple veins, and topical applications fail to resolve it, there must be internal stagnation; one can flip the eyelid to inspect inward. If the eyelid flesh has become floating and edematous, or if Jiao Chuang (trachoma) or Su Chuang (follicular conjunctivitis) are present, guiding/draining methods should be used. Otherwise, complications will arise. It is suitable to take:

Xue Guan Tong Shen Bing Zui Qi (Blood Infusion into Pupil Disease is Most Strange), patients in the world are also said to be rare; both Shen Gao (vitreous humor) and Dan Zhi (bile juice) are damaged, even urgent medical treatment is too late.
This condition is called Xue Guan Tong Shen (Blood Infusion into Pupil), which is the most peculiar, and patients in the world are rare. The Shen Gao (vitreous humor) and Dan Zhi (bile juice) are both damaged; even if treated urgently, the timing is already late.
This condition presents as inability to see the black, crystal-clear luster of the pupil, seeing only a spot of fresh red, or in severe cases, purple turbidity. The disease is extremely critical; it can still be saved within one or two days. This is because the True One of the Kidney is injured, the essence juice of the Gallbladder is all damaged, and the Yuan Yang Zheng Qi (primordial yang righteous qi) is exhausted. Therefore, this bit of Shen Guang (spiritual light) disappears, and the essence color of blood attacks the Kidney region. Nine out of ten cases are untreatable. Nowadays, people simply see blood infusion and assume it is Xue Guan Tong Shen, not knowing that Xue Guan Tong Shen implies that the pure and harmonious Qi of Clear Yang is already damaged, and its essence blood color attacks the Kidney region, meaning life is short. How can this be compared to the acute condition where Fire enters the Blood level, causing tangible stasis and coagulation? It is suitable to take:
Zhui Xue Ming Mu Yin (Drop Blood Brighten Eyes Decoction)
Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) (each one qian), Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) (ten grains), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, wine-washed, stir-fried), Niu Xi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, wine-washed, stir-fried), Shi Jue Ming (Haliotidis Concha, vinegar-quenched), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, salt-water washed), Bai Ji Li (Tribuli Fructus, ground, thorns removed), Dang Gui Wei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, tail portion), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each eight fen).
Cut the above into pieces. Use two zhong of clear water, decoct until eight fen remains, remove dregs, and take warm.
Mo Suo Shi San (Rubbing Stone Powder)

Grind the above into fine powder. Blow into the nose. The next day, use a tube to suck from the eye, proceeding gradually, and the barrier will naturally fall off.
Method for making the suction tube: Make a funnel-like shape from good copper, leaving a hole on the tube. Cover the hole with thin pig fat skin. When using, place the tube mouth over the affected eye. The physician takes one breath of air, then observes the severity of the opacity. Gradually sucking will gradually remove it.
