上为细末和匀，干点舌上，令其自化，或新汲水和白蜜调搽。
治口鼻发疳用。
芦荟 胡连 儿茶 薄荷（各五分） 青黛 硼砂（各二分） 冰片（五厘）
为细末，吹患处。
治口疳并治小儿丹毒。
冰片（三分） 人中白（一钱） 蒲黄（二钱） 黄柏（二钱） 甘草（五分） 青黛（五分） 川
连（二分） 薄荷（二钱） 月石（五分） 朴硝（五分） 枯矾（少许）
为末吹之。
治口喉通用。
薄荷（二两） 甘草（五钱） 梅矾（一两） 珍珠（三钱） 儿茶（一两） 滴乳石（四钱） 牛

共为细末，冰片后研，后加入。
治牙咬、舌痈、重舌、喉蛾、喉痈。
鸡内胫（不落水者佳） 金灯草 青黛 蒲黄 白芷 六角尖（炙灰） 薄荷 甘草
研末，冰片另研，再和匀吹之，喉痈半月，其余七日愈。
治风热上涌，头目不清，咽喉肿痛，口舌生疮，服之生津液，化痰涎。

共为末，炼蜜为丸，如芡实大，每服一丸，不拘时含化。
Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica) (each 5 qian), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Zhi Xiao (Prepared Natrii Sulfas), Yueshi (Natrii Boras) (each 2.5 qian), Baiyaojian (Fermented Medicinal Powder), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 qian).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder and mix evenly. Sprinkle dry powder directly onto the tongue to dissolve naturally, or mix with fresh cold water and white honey for topical application.
Used to treat gan syndrome (chronic atrophy and ulceration) in the mouth and nose.
Lushen (Aloe), Hulu (Coptidis Rhizoma processed with Artemisia absinthium), Ercha (Calami Rhizoma processed with bone ash), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (each 5 fen), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Pengsha (Boris Borax) (each 2 fen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (5 li).
Grind into a fine powder and insufflate onto the affected area.
Used to treat kou gan (oral aphthous ulcers) and pediatric dan du (erysipelas-like skin eruptions in children).
Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (3 fen), Renzhongbai (Urina Coagulata), Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (5 fen), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (5 fen), Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (2 fen), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (2 qian), Yueshi (Natrii Boras) (5 fen), Pu Xiao (Natrii Sulfas), Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum) (a small amount).
Grind into powder and insufflate onto the affected area.
For general use in oral and throat diseases.
Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (2 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (5 qian), Meifan (Plumbum Acetatum processed with plum), Zhenzhu (Margarita), Ercha (Calami Rhizoma processed with bone ash) (1 liang), Dilushi (Strychni Semen), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus) (1 qian), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (4 qian), Xuejie (Dragon's Blood), Hupo (Amber) (3 qian).
Grind all into a fine powder together. Grind Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) separately and add it last.
Used to treat tooth bite injuries, she yong (lingual abscess), zhong she (double tongue), hou e (tonsillar hypertrophy/abscess), and hou yong (pharyngeal abscess).
Ji Neijin (Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum - preferably not washed with water), Jindengcao (Centaurii Herba), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Liu Jiao Jian (Polygoni Multiflori Caulis processed to ash), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma).
Grind into powder. Grind Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) separately, then mix evenly and insufflate. Hou yong (pharyngeal abscess) heals in half a month; other conditions heal in seven days.
Used to treat wind-heat rushing upward causing unclear head and eyes, sore and swollen throat, and sores in the mouth and tongue; ingestion generates body fluids and resolves phlegm-saliva.
Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (10 liang), Shishuang (Diospyros Persimmon Frost), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (3.5 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (2.8 liang), Baiyaojian (Fermented Medicinal Powder) (5 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (1.8 liang), Sharen (Amomi Fructus) (4.5 liang), Jian Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (3 qian), Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum), Pengsha (Boris Borax), Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina) (each 2 qian).
Grind all into powder, prepare pills using refined honey, sized like Euryale Seed (Qianshi). Take one pill per dose, suck and dissolve at any time.
