[Qian Yi] Tingli Wan (Descurainiae Fructus Pill): Treats milk and food stagnation rushing against the Spleen, wind-pathogen cough, flushed face with profuse phlegm, fever, and panting.
Tian Tingli (Descurainiae Fructus [Semen Descurainiae], processed by roasting lightly between papers after removing soil), Hei Qianniu (Pharbitidis Semen [Semen Pharbitidis], lightly roasted), Xingren (Pruni Armeniacae Semen [Semen Pruni Armeniacae], skin and tip removed, roasted, ground separately into a paste), Han Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Rhizoma [Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae]) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix in the apricot paste evenly, blend with flesh of aged jujubes, pound again to form pills, sized like hemp seeds. Take 5 to 7 pills per dose, administered with light ginger soup, after milk/food intake or before bedtime; adjust dosage according to the child's age.
[Li Gao] Renshen Jingjie San (Ginseng and Schizonepeta Powder): Treats fever, cough with phlegm, and chest/diaphragm discomfort; suitable for resolving phlegm and clearing heat via purgation.
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix [Radix Ginseng], half liang), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica [Spica Schizonepetae], 1 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma [Radix et Rhizoma Rhei], 2 qian).
Grind the above into fine powder, decoct in water, and mix with 5 fen each of fine powders of Binglang (Arecae Semen [Semen Arecae]) and Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix [Radix Aucklandiae]). Administer 1 zi of Qingfen (Calomelas) after nursing. If fever or tidal fever is present, it is appropriate to take Qingliang Yinzi (Cooling Decoction) without Dahuang. After three doses, wait one or two days, then add Dahuang to the regimen. This promotes smooth bowel movement for recovery; do not disturb the Zang-Fu organs abruptly.
Bianyin Wan (Flat Silver Pill): Treats wind-phlegm obstruction, excess heat in the chest/diaphragm, indigestion of milk/food, abdominal distension, and coarse breathing.
Badou (Crotonis Fructus [Fructus Crotonis], oil membrane, skin, and heart removed, finely ground, half liang), Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum [Mercury], 5 qian), Qian (Plumbum [Lead], 2.5 qian, stir-fried together with mercury until forming sand-like particles), Shexiang (Moschus [Musk], ground separately, 5 fen), Hao Mo (Ink Stick, burnt, quenched in vinegar, ground, 8 qian).

Adjust dosage based on deficiency/excess patterns, and administer after meals. (For deficient patients, first use Yihuang San to strengthen the Spleen, then apply this formula to purge; afterwards, tonify the Lung.)
