[Diagram of Yellow Membrane Rushing Up]
Song to the Tune of "Partridge Sky":
The yellow membrane arises from below and rushes upward to attack the black pupil, resembling a fatty membrane covering the cornea. The eyes ache and tears flow uncontrollably; this is due to heat-toxin stagnation and invasion in the Spleen and Stomach. Be cautious with diet, avoid anger, and diligently administer Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao). If not cured, take Liushen San (Six-God Powder) subsequently, and both eyes will regain brightness, removing the membrane opacity.
This is a syndrome of toxic heat in the Spleen and Stomach. It is suitable to take Jubao San (Treasure-Gathering Powder), Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder), and Fushou San (Brush-Hand Powder).
