Scorpio (1 qian, stir-fried) Fuzi (Prepared, skin and navel removed) Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (Prepared, washed to remove ash, each 1 liang)
Crush the above ingredients into coarse powder. For each dose, take 3 qian, add 2 zhan of water and 15 slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until 0.7 zhan remains, filter out the dregs, clarify the liquid, allow to cool, and take cold.
Regular use can resolve food stagnation and transform phlegm. This is an indispensable formula for those who cultivate health, originating from Han Zimao.
Fructus Aurantii (1.5 liang, stir-fried) Ramulus Cinnamomi (1 liang) Radix Platycodi Radix Pinelliae Preparata (washed seven times with boiling water, each 2 liang)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Use ginger juice to make a paste and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose after meals, washed down with ginger soup.
This is the prescription of Fu Gongshi, transmitted by his son Xuanzan Anmin. When Stomach Qi is deficient and the Sanjiao (Triple Burner) is obstructed and stagnant, failing to properly distribute and transport water and grain essence, it leads to discomfort in the chest and hypochondrium, causing dizziness and vertigo, distension and fullness in the chest and diaphragm, coughing with rapid breathing, vomiting, regurgitation, abdominal pain, and pain. The pathogen lingers in the Zhongwan region, also causing arm pain and inability to lift the limbs, heaviness in the waist and legs. If unresolved over time, the pathogen flows into the Spleen. The Spleen dislikes dampness; upon receiving water-dampness, it swells. Swelling impairs the digestion of water and grain, leading to abdominal emptiness and fullness without appetite. This medicine primarily treats these conditions.
Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata (1 liang, broken into pieces) Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (1 liang, each bulb cut into more than ten pieces; first soak these two herbs in water for three days, changing the water daily; then use 3-4 liang of Alum, crushed, mixed into the water, soak for another three days, wash clean, and dry by baking) Radix Zingiberis Preparata (Prepared) Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae Poria
The above ten ingredients are ground into fine powder. Use 1 liang of Massae Medicamentae Fermentatae and 2 liang of Hordeum Vulgare, grind together into powder, make a paste, and mix with the herbal powder to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 to 50 pills per dose, washed down with warm boiled water, at any time. Regular use warms the Spleen and Stomach, removes old cold, resolves stagnation, transforms dietary retention, and wards off fog, dew, wind-cold, mountain miasma, pestilence, and abnormal seasonal qi. For any case of alcohol-induced stagnation, retained fluid, undissolved phlegm-fluid, where previous decoctions have failed after repeated use, this pill acts miraculously!
For chronic cases leading to dizziness and vertigo.

Chop the above nine ingredients. For each dose, take 3 qian, add 1 zhan of water and 10 slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until 0.5 zhan remains, filter out the dregs, and take hot.
