心动则遗漏从之。而欲免此患。要养其心。使不动可也。其次则邪念或起。必须早抑之。

Treats seminal emission during sleep and urine containing semen caused by deficiency consumption (from *Zisheng Jing*). Moxibustion on both sides of the seventh thoracic vertebra, thirty moxa cones each side. Ququan (KI3) moxibustion, one hundred cones.
Treats white turbidity and seminal emission due to deficiency consumption. Points: Pishu (BL20), Sanjiaoshu (BL22), Shenshu (BL23), Zhangmen (LR13). Each point, one hundred moxa cones.
Treats nocturnal emission with loss of essence, and turbid, difficult urination. Point: Shenshu (BL23), moxibustion, one hundred cones.
Treats nocturnal emission with loss of essence, and also treats loss of essence with retraction of the genitals. Point: Zhongfeng (KI6), moxibustion, one hundred cones.

Treats loss of essence with cold and pain in the knees and shins. Point: Ququan (KI3), moxibustion, one hundred cones.
Treats cold pain in the waist and spine, and turbid urine. Point: Mu point of the Spleen (Pishu BL20 is often referred to as such in context, or specifically the front mu if implied, but text says 脾募 which usually refers to Jimen LR13 or Pishu depending on school; here treated as Spleen Mu point), moxibustion, one hundred cones.
Treats white turbidity and seminal leakage. Moxibustion on Dazhui (GV14), Guizhui (tailbone area, likely Changqiang GV1 or similar lower back points), and the middle point between them, totaling three points. Measure the distance from Dazhui to the tailbone with a string, take the midpoint to locate the middle point.
Treats insufficiency of essence. Points: Taichong (LR3), Zhongfeng (KI6), Diji (SP8).
Treats loss of essence and difficulty in urination. Points: Zhongji (CV3), Ligou (LR5), Lougu (SP9), Chengfu (BL36), Zhiyin (BL67).
Treats loss of essence with dribbling urination. Point: Zhishi (BL52).
Treats loss of essence, body soreness preventing prolonged standing, and feet alternating between cold and heat. Point: RanGu (KI2).
Treats difficult urination, white turbidity, cold hernia, and abdominal swelling. Point: Xingjian (LR2).

Treats deficiency consumption with urine containing semen and seminal emission. Points: Yanglingquan (GB34), Yinlingquan (SP9). Number of cones corresponds to age (Sui Nian Zhuang), or alternatively, thirty cones on each side at the tenth or nineteenth thoracic vertebrae.
Treats loss of essence, deafness, lower back pain, poor appetite, and coldness below the knees. Point: Jingmen (LR25), moxibustion, fifty cones. Additionally, one hundred cones at the fourteenth thoracic vertebra.
Treats loss of essence. Point: Zhongji (CV3).
Treats loss of essence and seminal emission. Point: Sanyinjiao (SP6), fourteen cones (two sevens). Can stop nocturnal emissions, highly effective (Another version states: twenty-one cones per point, for one hundred days without nocturnal emissions; if moxibustion is continued with fifty cones thereafter, no seminal emission will occur within one year). *Zisheng Jing* states in the "Discussion on Five Zang Organs": The heart has three apertures and stores three he of essence fluid. Thus, the cause of seminal leakage may lie in the heart? When the heart moves (emotionally disturbed), leakage follows. To avoid this ailment, one must nourish the heart and keep it still. Secondly, if evil thoughts arise, they must be suppressed early. You Juzi said: Do not worry about thoughts arising, only fear that awareness is too late. Medication and acupuncture are considered inferior methods. However, they are still better than no treatment.
