For conditions where mineral drugs (Rushi) induce hematemesis (vomiting blood) or epistaxis (nosebleed), it is due to the qi of the minerals obstructing the Heart and Lungs, generating heat. The Heart governs blood; when blood is heated, it surges and overflows. Additionally, rebellious Stomach Qi leads to epistaxis.

Administration: Decoct in water, take when warm.
Dihuang Tang (Rehmannia Decoction, from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats the onset of mineral drug toxicity. Excessive heat causing hematemesis.
